Fly High Trampoline Park Ogden — Attraction in Ogden

I truly cannot say enough good things about this place. The workers are amazing. The management is top notch. The place is clean. If you need help to help you in any way shape or form they can. Jason, the management holy moly wow amazing 20 out of 10 like he is above average by a mile and a half. Allie. I think her name is tonight. She worked on August 16th and she did closing. She is truly the sweetest. Kindest funniest caring amazing person. They have other people up front that are so funny and kind and know how to make you smile when you're stressing. I lost my daughter's glasses tonight. They took from 7:30 till 9:05 to help us look past closing and just they found it. They watched the monitors. They slowed it down. They followed where I went and it took a while but they ended up tracking down the glasses that I was holding on for my daughter and she's staying nearly blind and she would have had to start school without them or I would have had to take it out of her birthday money. Her school clothes money her school supplies money because we don't have medical yet. We barely just moved here. We are not settled and I was freaking out and Jason saw it and Ally or Alex is her name. Saw it and a couple other workers saw and they all just jumped into help but I got to say Jason went way above and beyond and so did the young lady and she said next time we come by she wants me to remind her about my daughter's birthday and she's going to do a little something. I mean they just really go above and beyond here. I'm So impressed by how they run their business from the crew to the leader to the management to how clean it is to the concession stand. Just everything you can think of on my youngest daughter just for the heck of it was following around one of the workers. She's four and she's like I can help you do this. I can help you do that and I can't tell her no go. Have fun helping. It's fun so she helped out on the young lady, Ali or Alex. I cannot remember her name. She did closing tonight August 16th. She went above and beyond and then even asked if my daughter could have a treat and she got my daughter a fruit roll up and it just made my mommy heart so happy because my mommy and daddy and them helping find the glasses helping keep my 4-year-old occupied and happy and just we've been there about 10 times and I've never had not even an ounce of a bad experience there. I really truly cannot say enough about the whole staff in general and Jason. Oh Jason, Jason truly amazing. One of a kind management. This would have never gone down and Washington at boom shaka/defy. They would have said right your name down. We'll get a hold of you later 6 months later if they would have found it even the next day. Even if I went in daily as a VIP with my youngest daughter when my other daughter was at school they wouldn't tell me they found it. I lost something there once it took him 6 months to tell me. Oh by the way we found it the day before. I just I really can't say enough about how far they went to make sure my daughter got her glasses back watching the the cameras watching everything just slow mowing it to see if they could see it on my shirt like just everything like I cannot say enough but I'm going to shut up cuz I could literally write a book about how amazing they are and I cannot wait to get our membership. I'm going to get my oldest and youngest of membership most likely middle of September end of September so that way they have something to do through the winter and all the snow here cuz we are so not used to the snow or from Washington. We're used to rain so we are so grateful to have a place like fly high and the workers that work there. You guys are amazing! Tonight was a very fun night but right before I left at 7:30 I realized I had lost my daughter's glasses that were hanging off my shirt but I had to get these two friends of my daughter's home by 7:30 and there was no wiggle room so I left my number at the front desk. Said I'd be back in 10 20 minutes tops to start looking. It was an hour before closing or so and I rushed the kids home, came back, looked and looked and looked and looked. Then two amazing workers were looking to. I think her name one of them was Allie. She had a beautiful personality and just so caring and so kind and generous. Then the lead manager came up. Jason and oh my god he saved the day. My daughter has horrible vision. She is dang near blind like legally blind and school starting up. I was in tears after about an hour of looking and just started cussing myself out as a bad parent and he noticed he came over. He immediately got into the ball pit and started digging around like no other and then he goes. You know I'm going to go look at the cameras and I will watch every step you took and everywhere you went and I will help you find them. He kept his word many came back after a little bit and said I followed you around on the camera and you had him here and this one area he pointed out and then he goes. You went around the corner came back and they were gone so we started looking in just that specific area and still couldn't find him. So he went back to the camera again and did it in slow motion and he saw a spot that he thought maybe I had leaned over and they fell in. He went and looked and he found them right at like 5 minutes past closing. They didn't kick us out. They saw how upset I was and said they were going to deflate stuff so that way it would be seen easier. And this man I mean a man among men like amazing saved my day my week my mom. What money I do have in the bank account for school clothes, school supplies and my daughter's birthday coming up. I was like great that's going to go towards classes. We don't have medical wonderful and he saved everything and then I've got to say the people up front that do the memberships & you in have been a godsent. Things got mixed up and they get it fixed so fast. They're just on top of it at fly high. They have great leads great management. Just great workers all around from the concession. Stand to the cashier up front to the workers walking around on the floor. I truly honestly cannot say anything that I dislike about this place. Honest to God. We've been there about 8 9 times We ended up getting a membership on Monday and I'm going to tell you what we're going. Any chance we get? And I'm going to get a winter membership just because of how amazing the people that work there are. I mean the place itself is amazing. It's clean. It's ran properly. It's just all around. I would give this place a zero if I could. They feel the need out of greed to not include their daily specials due to it being Spring break. Having gone in with my spouse expecting to pay $26-$36 before taxes after getting their special socks (which I do understand for safety reasons) for both of us to enjoy an hour or two with other family also and after filling out their waiver and all that and waiting in line only then do the cashier's themselves tell you that they aren't running the daily specials and we would have had to pay $38-$54 for both of us for the same time frame looking at either double the price or half the time. The fact that they would punish everyone with the fact that schools are out with no promotions. If they actually cared about their potential customers and not just trying to drain as much money as possible from us they would add extra promotions or at the very least not stop doing them when they expect to get the most traffic because kids aren't in school. This results in them losing not just the entry fee but also any other potential purchases for their variety of products and services they provide after you get in. Their greed and obvious distain for their cliental was far to obvious me and my spouse left and will not be returning after never even trying their services because their policies are simply too despicable. If you want to not have a bad taste in your mouth after doing business somewhere I highly recommend giving your business to a different company who doesn't feel the need to exploit families who want to go out and have a fun time while their kids may be on a break...
