Jungle Juice — Restaurant in Ogden

I love this place. I used to get smoothies from here and recommended it to everyone. The quality you get for the price is amazing. Having said this; recently it has been almost impossible to find them in service. I have come into the mall when they are supposed to have all stalls open and they were not there so gave them the benefit of the doubt and went to get stuff from other stores and window shop for over an hour came back and still no one. Come out different times during other days and have had them there some and others they have a sign up saying be back shortly. Waiting when that sign is up is a toss of the dice sometimes they come back right away others waiting for what feels like an hour. I will still support this store but I really hope they are able to start figuring out how to get their act together or I fear it...

This is my 3rd time coming here to try this place. There is never anyone there to take my order. The sign says they'll be back in 15 minutes. Today I had a little time to wait so I did. I waited over 30 minutes and there still wasn't anyone there to take my order. Maybe you should get employees that stick around to take and fill orders otherwise it's useless...

Two kids were working the counter they left to shop at the mall. They came back to see a line of people waiting to get ice cream, and the two kids were just standing there not wanting to open back up to give ice cream. Asked for the manager or someone and the teenage girl said she was the owner. She was very rude. Wish I could...
