Excellent food cooked to order the the taste is out of this world the service is very fast and friendly the employees are very cheerful and that is a plus to see these days the atmosphere is typical of a mall restaurant if you know you know the options are so what limited to chicken beef and shrimp and I think they may have one more fish that you could choose from but don't quote me on that the prices are moderate it's around 11 dollars for a chicken plate and it goes up by each meat you choose from with shrimp being the most expensive they have veggies but that is the only thing if you are a vegan and they do have rice or noodles with noodles being a extra charge so if you are not a meat lover this is not the place for you and the parking is just your! typical Newgate mall parking however I would recommend kobes to anyone who enjoys good Japanese food fresh from the grill MADE to order right in front of you at the end of the day I would rate Kobe's a solid 8 out of 10 try them and you will see why i rate ...

Food is fine. The listing price is so they called “ discounted price “, the receipt they gave you is so they called “ cash” receipt, if you watch carefully on your card, they charged 4./. Higher price. Most people would not know, because they do not want the receipt or they did not pay attention. They did not tell you anything in advance, if you go back to talk to them, they would tell you, we did put the notice in front the cashier‘a desk. I told them I would rather pay cash. I was going to be nice and still take the food. Here comes another issue….She return back my card $31 , instead of 32.24 exact amount they charged me. I did not find out until I get home. I had to waste my time to take care of it. Very often It is nothing about $, it is how they run the business. When I do not feel the honesty, sorry, I would never go back. I do not want to give sneaky business...

My family and I come to the mall quite abit for their food. It is so good. I've never had a problem with this place until recently....The guys that work there are so nice and amazing. But they just hired a girl as a cashier an she's so rude. We were ordering our food an she was writing on the boxes and she started writing on my box before I even told her what I wanted. So I gave her my order and told her no veggies, and she got upset an made a face an grabbed the box and scribbled out the veggies. She has done this twice. I was surprised at this because weve never been treated badly by the guys working there. Not my fault she assumed my order before I even said anything. I'm giving 4 stars because of the girl being rude not once but twice. otherwise it would be 5 stars on everything because the guys are so nice an cook...
