Super good! There's a few different things about this place than others I've been to. For one, their ordering system is a bit different. You're given a tablet to order meats and broth from and there are other parts of the menu that you should explore on there. The meats and drinks are included though.

Price is pretty good, $29 bucks. There's a full bar with several types of seafood, veg, and some dessert.

The spicy broth has good flavor and it's not very hot-spicy, just flavorful spicy. You may want to try it first before adding other flavors from the bar though. I DID add more for a bit better kick and flavor. You can also get the broth topped off after it's boiled away.

I found the meats taste a bit better when cooked longer, about 5 min or so... they just hold the broth flavor better. The seafood tastes better with shorter cook times, a few minutes at most. Feel free to experiment, just don't under cook it. They do have noodles but I found, at least for the Ramen, they're best cooked for about 3 or 4 minutes and not too long after, otherwise they'll be a bit soggy.

The food quality is VERY good. Fresh, tasty, and full of flavor. Don't be afraid to try anything at the bar.

If you have glasses, expect them to become instantly fogged if you're walking in from a cold day. You WILL have the broth scent on you for the rest of the day, so don't expect to find any dates at the bar later.

Employees were very helpful and on top of their service. They also get pretty busy so don't expect a quick table after 5pm without a wait. You're also limited to two hours...

Overall I would say the food was alright, my wife and I have been to 5 different hotpot/shabu shabu places in the state and we would put Hey! Hotpot in the middle of the pack.

Atmosphere- Not the best. You could tell they didn’t put the largest amount of effort into the dining area. They need fans, the steam in the place can and eventually will lead to mold most likely. I like that you can order everything from a tablet. That’s convenient.

Service- it was good, it took a little while for our table to be greeted by our server. But it’s fairly new and I don’t think the system they have set up doesn’t seem to be friendly for quick service.

Food- the broth was great. The meat was even good. I realize most places are frozen meat and this place hit that expectation. The real problem I had was what they offered at the bar for ingredients to put in your hotpot. It honestly was the lack of vegetables. Cabbage, corn and mushrooms was all they really had.

The biggest gripe is what they promote on the website. Claiming they source local and fresh ingredients. It was the opposite. Not even the mushrooms were fresh. Looking at the website and trying to get an expectation of where and what you’ll get for dinner this place fails. The website is misleading.

Honestly. Take a short drive down to salt lake and get Mr. Shabu. The experience is better. I hope they bring in more fresh ingredients and better options to items you can put in your pot. Until then I give this...

After looking at all the reviews, I was a little scared, but my son begged me to go.

Our service was 5 star from WYN ( I think his name was). Very attentive, explain the process and was very patient.

A couple things to think about before going would be to go in the afternoon and maybe not at night when it’s super busy. We went at 1:30 and there was hardly anybody there so the place was super clean and had a great experience.

Now the difference with other places like the melting pot Is that the meat is shaved and when boiled comes out really little but it is all you can eat. We really liked there dumplings… My son liked the rib broth and tom-tom broth which he said was a little spicy.

Our preference would be the shrimp was without the head and the legs so we stayed away from that, but a suggestion would be for the shrimp to be headless and footless🤪.

We liked that you could keep ordering from your iPad at your table and that it was unlimited… Again, if you go during the afternoon, I’m guessing that the service would be quicker because we had a very attentive waiter.

We did not have any moisture or dripping from windows or ceiling like some of the reviews talked about but again we were the only ones there practically.

It’s worth a visit with our whole meal was 49.

I would’ve put five stars, but shavings of meat were pretty small so that’s why. See pics . But again remember, it’s all you can eat.

Oh, we also liked putting our noodles...
