March 8, 2019 I had to deal with the girl with short red orange hair, I’m guessing a white girl. She was working with another guy today. Second time trying this place out, I was pretty excited because I’ve heard great things. This employee changed my whole experience. She was so rude, has a very disrespectful attitude as soon as I walked up to the counter. No welcoming smile. No eye contact. Seem like she’s had no practice with customer service. She treated me as if i was one of her enemies. It was just such a horrible experience. Also we asked nicely if we could get one red straw when she handed me the drink. The other employee was going to reach over to get us one but then she rudely said no. It was about 8 o clock she had about 3 straws left in the jar so she wouldn’t even had enough straws for the rest of the night. But she still said she didn’t have any more straws. We all know that was a lie. So I don’t understand why she had to be rude about it. All we wanted was a straw to make our experience better after she ruined it from the beginning. I was excited to get a boba tea, however when I walked up to the counter and the girl working said “I am super behind on orders right now so I am not taking any more.” And then she proceeded to turn around and ignore me. Understandably I know busy. I work retail. However for customer service expired w, the way she said it was rude and did not proceed to ask if I would like to wait. It’s upsetting to me because I love going to this place and I would have waited. Knowing about working in this kind of environment, I would have done my best to stay positive and made sure I’m taking as much orders as I can. Because it would help get the company more business. We usually order a blended chai tea with no boba. This has always been a favorite. Just ordered one, recieved a watery mess. Went back to correct my order and the girl (Quinn) argued with me telling me blended chai isn't a thing. I told her we order it all the time. She then said if she does me this "favor" of blending it I will be paying more than the 5 something I just paid. I told her I'm not paying more and we didn't even get a receipt!!! She dumped half the drink out, put ice on with it in a blender and refused to give me a receipt! It was watered down and nasty so I threw it away.
