Read moreSomething about Chisholm Creek feels uniquely dystopian. It's way too crowded, there's way too many concepts crammed into one space, and... spoiler alert... they're all bad! I wish I could have taken photos or video because words don't accurately capture just how unsettling this development is. It's unnatural. Surreal. It reminds me of the massive developments in Texas and not in a good way. The food was at least (barely) edible albeit greasy and not the best quality but the cherry limeade had a bad/moldy aftertaste which was disgusting. Overall the experience left me feeling pretty sick, and I'm not just talking about the gross food. I might be back for Dave's Hot Chicken because it's right on the corner (meaning you don't actually have to go INTO the development) but other than that... it's a HARD...
Read moreMy GF and I visited here this past weekend to come and try out this new place. When we walked in we were greeted by the staff. Surprisingly there were a relatively small selection of burgers. All seemed to sound pretty good. I got the Spark burger, pink fries, and a strawberry custard. My GF got the burger bowl, and a chocolate custard. The burgers were tasty. The pink fries were good, it tastes like the pink sauce on top is just a garlic aioli of some sort. The custard were also good, but I think two could share one of the portions as they were very rich and one each seemed like a lot. The atmosphere is new and clean, located in a beautiful area of town....
