I booked my kids for camp for 1 week over the phone a few weeks ago. Last night my son woke up with the stomach flu and my daughter said she wasn’t feeling well either. I called to let them know we weren’t going to make it to camp and asked to either switch them to another week or get a refund. They told me that there was nothing they could do and that I could stay there with them, being sick if I wanted to, but in no way would they give me my money back. This on top of professional acting and singing lessons. Miss Kaitin, Mr. Josh, Miranda and Nathan all are doing an amazing job this year! As a parent, we are...
