It’s okay to explain your policy but not to accost someone and vandalize their car for not liking how you run your business!!

My sweet friend took her daughter and daughter’s friend to Sharetea OKC to get them the viral labewbew. When she tried to order labewbew they said she had to purchase tea in order to purchase labewbew. She doesn’t drink boba tea so she told them she’ll pay for tea but not to make it bc she will not drink it. They were giving her attitude but she proceeded to go sit with the girls. While with the girls she decided to write a review. She wrote, and I quote: “They force you to buy a drink for each labubu cake you order. They labubu is so wet and tastes terrible.”

The owner then walked over asked if it was her review while standing over her while she was sitting with the children. She said yes and he angrily repeated that the labewbew is a topping and slammed a refund of her money on the table infront of her and her children. She said she didn’t want the money back but she wrote her honest review. She got up to leave and the workers circled in the picture below, behind the counter were making faces and taunting her. They yelled at her to throw her trash away and she said she tried but the trash can was so full it couldn’t fit anymore and at that point she just wanted to get the girls out of there. She went to the car and they proceeded to go outside and throw trash at her car.. she called the police and they said bc theres no damage to the car theres nothing they could do.. so pathetic!

This is comepletely uncalled for behavior!! I am keeping my friends name private per her request, but she is truly the sweetest person ive ever met, with such a pure heart! A little kindness goes a looong way! They could have asked how they could rectify the situation to get the review removed kindly with customer service! They acted like...

I am changing my rating to one star after my experience last night. I’ve been a loyal customer, visiting multiple times a week since the shop opened, but what I encountered last night was unacceptable and enough for me to never return. When I arrived, there were nearly ten people behind the counter, none of whom appeared to be working. My friend and I ordered three drinks, and it seemed we were the only paying customers in the shop. The individuals behind the counter, who seemed to be friends of the staff, were running around, making their own drinks, taking selfies, and creating an incredibly chaotic environment. While they were busy making their own teas, our drinks were left unfinished. After waiting 10-15 minutes for our order, I became irritated and made it noticeable. In response, the employees behind the counter started throwing dirty looks at me.

Additionally, I am a handicap spot holder and need to park close to the door. However, I was unable to park in the only handicap spot available because one of the employees' friends had illegally parked their Toyota RAV4 in that space, forcing me to park elsewhere. This level of unprofessionalism, lack of consideration, and disregard for paying customers is absolutely unacceptable. There are plenty of tea shops in OKC, and I'll just find another one. This is my go to tea spot but that might change when I want a fruity tea.... I love Sharetea I really do The last several times I have been here the fruity teas are really bland and almost all Ice which is unusual for this location but the past few months they have been kinda bland flavored. The milk type teas are still great but the fruit flavored teas dont pop and have the same burst of flavor they used to have.

I come for flavor not 90 percent Ice really a let down lately because I have been coming to this location weekly since it opened. I prefer the fruit teas over the milk type teas. maybe i will have to switch to the milk type teas as i am really loyal to this location they are always so kind.

Either way I will always give them a five star review. I just hope they improve the fruity style teas the way they used to be.

Today i Ordered one of the Dragon Fruit teas and it was 90 percent ice and Bland. I went back let them know and they replaced it with the watermelon slice. Which was much better but still not as fruity as their fruit teas normally are.

I dont know about some of the reviews that say the customer service is bad or that they wont make it right. But on the rare occasions I have had any issues they always go above and beyond and...
