PANCHO'S LIQUORTOWN — Attraction in Oklahoma City

I think it's important not to support businesses who don't care for our colored money...at least that's the air I get. Pancho's has absolutely no and poor customer service skills. They don't even address customers when they come in. The little girl with the long hair(I know non descriptive putting on makeup at the check out counter), which speaks to their level of professionalism... The child can't even read and wrung up price for an item twice that wasn't right, and when I told her, she said it was right but it was wrong. The receipt clearly prints the name of the item purchased. Management needs to train her that the customer is always right. Moving on, I went back to the shelf to check and indeed it was wrong. She calls customer, me, "this one" and slams money back in my hand. I was asked to leave and never to come back, because of their mistake. As if I was coming back and I told them all that before hand that I wasnt coming back because of poor treatment. Boohoo😫 Don't go here Sam's Wholesale has better prices, selection, and service. Pancho's doesn't even deserve one star rating But had to leave in order to comment. By the way this was not my first time shopping here but...

I thought I would give them another try as the last visit, the staff was somewhat distant to say the least. I needed help finding the chalk beer made in Krebs OK. Only two other customers were in the store besides me. The dark haired woman I asked (I stood around looking needy long enough) gave me a go to hell look and took off down an isle not saying a word. I thought maybe I should follow her? I did and she pointed to the beer. Her facial expression was that of being dead only with her eyes open, again not a word. I ended up third in a line and notice that she had come back from the back and I decided to give it one more shot so I went to her lane and again nothing. She took my debit card which has my recent photo on it and asked me for my drivers’ license. She kept both for what seemed like quite awhile and then NOTHING..... Not a thank you or a grunt, just the same go to hell look. I will never go back there and I will not recommend this place to anyone I...

the customer service there was a 10 and the friendliness clean and very very helpful. They replied back with very detailed replies and did it very quickly. They answered every question I had and even messaged a day after to let me know when a new shipment of what I was looking for would arrive. And even messaged to let me know that the company of the product I was inquiring about had sold out to another comany gave me the new companys name and was even nice enough to let me know that the new company would no longer be making the product I was looking for but they had a few left in stock at the store. Now they went above and beyond then any other company I have ever come in contact with. And they were aware of what customer I was with out even having to say anything I give Panchos Liquor 10 starts and highly recommend them there customer service is the best I have ever seen in the metro or anywhere else....
