My stay here so far has been excellent! Brandon, the manager goes above and beyond his duty, to make sure that all of us customers are satisfied, happy and fulfilled in every way possible! The hotel rooms have a 10 point room inspection, when we initially got here the rooms were nice, clean and very spacious. The people who are around u while u are staying here, are absolutely friendly! The hotel is extremely quiet, which is always a huge concern, when choosing a hotel to stay at. It's so nice here that it reminds me of a little apartment complex, instead of just a hotel but, this is definitely, not ur regular hotel! It is a home away from home. Then there's Diamond, a girl that works night shift here and she is my sweetheart!! Between her and Brandon, they stay on top of everything and, they make u their#1 priority, no matter what the issue or situation is. So, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS "EXTENDED STAY AMERICA", COME STAY A DAY OR A LIFETIME.... EVERYONE CAN'T WAIT TO MEET AND GREET YOU HERE!!!! 5⭐ hotel at the least!! If I could give a 10⭐ hotel rating, I would give it so!¡!! Thanks Brandon you are the best manager (a diamond in the rough), anyone could ever ask for. KEEP DOING AN EXTREMELY EXCELLENT JOB HERE AT "ESA"!!! Oh, and they have full size kitchens with a dishwasher& full size stove(which is such an important immunities for me) in all the rooms. The rooms are also equipped with a study and a foyer, when u first walk in the door. There is also a study/desk area to work online with ur laptop with ease and comfortability, with their ergonomic chairs. Their bathrooms are neat and tidy and, pretty spacious too. They have a full laundry facility inside this hotel and, they serve breakfast every morning from 6-9am. So, come on over and, join us!! We'd love to have u here!!!! Please excuse the beds not being made in the bedroom picture! THANKS...
Read moreLet me start with the pros, because that's what I find helpful when I'm reading reviews. Pros: The staff is the absolute best thing about this specific hotel (Extended Stay of America northwest Oklahoma) The manager Brandon has bent over backwards to ensure that I have everything i need and that things are easy and seemless. He is always around making sure the guests are as happy as possible. Then there is Gabby the assistant manager, who is always a pleasure to see and offers a smile and any assistance I need. if it's possible, Gabby will. There is Rhonda whose memory succeeds when mine fails. She has given me such great customer service and even offered not only reminders but door service.she has been friendly as wells as professional just like the rest of the staff. another pro: the rooms are spacious and well stocked. If my room did have something I needed (pots, pans, dish soap), all Ive had to do is call the front desk. there is always hot coffee and flavored creamer in the morning. With grab and go options to eat (granola bars, muffins). The bathrooms are nice sized with cabinets to place your belongings. There is always someone cleaning and the maintenance man is on top of everything. okay now cons.. new carpet would not hurt. I mean it seems like they vaccum it twice a day, but only so much you can do once it gets to a certain point. Also the curtains in the room could be better. The t.v.s are okay, but could be a little newer. I wish the rooms had the white lights instead of the yellowish lights. It makes the room seem darker than necessary.. overall this place is a great bang for you buck. It took me quite sometime to find a place that I found that checked all my mandatory boxes and was affordable.. The staff is what pushes this hotel from being a good place to being a...
Read moreWas sent there after the ESA at Northwest Highway called and said they didn't have one of the rooms I had a reservation in advanced for.||The rooms are good size and have a better kitchen then you find at most ESAs. You get a galley kitchen with a big sink, range/oven combo, fridge, and tons of cabinets (though clearly dated) . Some rooms even have a dishwasher. There are no double bed rooms so instead they have a room with a queen and a pullout couch and a single queen roo.. Lighting was good a pretty up to date but in the single room there was no drawers for putting my cloths in. Good eating areas in both rooms and big open closet but seems a bit wasted space. ||The carpets in the hotel though are filthy. My wife's room wasn't as bad as mine but if she had light socks they would be black from walking around. In my room it was worse and areas were torn exposing metal. I had to wear shoes for most of the time in the room. This extends to halls too. It seems as they almost never have them deeply steam cleaned or properly replaced.||WiFi was also spotty and would only work in certain parts of the room. It generally would not work when around the beds. I had daily calls that I would have trouble using this hotels wifi when at other ESAs it works fine.||If these two issues were fixed this would be 3.5 but would not want to stay here again.||Also don't expect to use the pool as it is out of operation. Talked to someone who stays there often and it hasn't been in operation for the last 2 years or so with no plans to fix it. If true then they should not have it advertised as...
