Quick Phone Repair — Attraction in Oklahoma City

I had taken my daughter's iPad to be dropped off for repairs a battery and the screen $120 for the screen and 100 for the battery after the military discount and tax exemption we were told it would be $185. Now to my surprise when I got there to pick up the iPad I was told that the price was $100 dollars more I explained to the guy that I was quoted differently and we all watched the young man that we dropped it off to write $180 on the sticker that was placed on the back of the iPad. I expressed my frustration and let him know that I felt like they had taken advantage of a customer. I paid without a problem took the tablet and walked to the jewelry counter right across from the repair station to explain what had just taken place as I was talking to my husband the owner walked over and got in my face and started telling me that I was disrespecting is business my husband told him that he should not be in our conversation and that we were having a private conversation please get out of my wife's face. Drove 3 hours from a rural town to okc to have an iPhone screen and an iPad screen replaced. The iPhone screen didn’t work within days. Lines on the screen, slowly the screen popped up and detached itself. I took it back they replaced it. (Free of charge) within a month the screen detached again. They did replace it for me again. (Free) within two weeks the phone screen started detaching again, I this time used my insurance for my phone and just replaced the phone. Driving 3 hours one way to have a screens replaced once a month wasn’t worth it, free or not. The iPad screen was taped down when they gave it back to me. They assured me it was just to keep the screen down at first. It had a solid case on it, since it was for my kids. I took the case of a few months later and the screen was detached in the corner they had placed tape. Within weeks of that the screen slowly began to show lines across it and turn grey. Soon the screen stopped working. I didn’t bother taking back to have them fix, living hours away it wasn’t worth my trip for this low quality of service and product. I recently broke an Iphone 13 pro. I had insurance so the phone was replaced but my data, apps and 3,500 pictures weren't backed up prior to getting the new phone.
