Sooner Soft Electronics — Attraction in Oklahoma City

My husband purchased a phone from this place on eBay. We spent HOURS trying to get it setup, but T-Mobile customer service kept insisting they needed the original owner to contact them. Long story short, after having this phone for days, contacting this store and speaking with T-Mobile without getting a single answer from them or these people, my husband brought it to our local T-Mobile store and learned that the phone isn't even paid off, which is why we can do absolutely nothing with it! Sending this shit back and filing a complaint with eBay because it's completely absurd that I spent hundreds of dollars and stupid amounts of stress for a phone that is useless to me and whoever else they're probably going to sell it to once it...

I lost my Galaxy S5 and was searching for a new one. After comparing prices on ebay, amazon, and local sites I decided to go with the one from Soonersoft Electronics. I admit I was a bit apprehensive. Why was this phone so much cheaper than the others? I don't often leave reviews (more thann clicking how many stars that is) but I am so happy with my new phone and it's price tag I had to. Ordered it late Thursday night and it was at my door sat morning. Wow! The phone is in awesome condition (even though the ad stated it would have some cosmetic wear). This seller REMOVES CUSTOMER FEEDBACK on Amazon. Don't trust their "100%" rating! I ordered a specific item with a very clear description (Moto X 2nd Gen OS 4.4) for my company to work on a specific customer issue and the phone arrived with a completely different version. The seller claimed they had done nothing wrong because "all the other 30 sellers update their phones" and refused to replace the item. I posted a seller feedback on Amazon and THEY REMOVED IT.
