From the Start of process where I emailed and text Hank at KC Mattress City to the completion when he and his co worker, Justin drove all the way to Fort Scott, KS delivering our King Size Mattress then disposing of our old king has been phenomenal! My wife and I had been looking for a new mattress for 3 years and had found no one who was willing to take the time build our trust in them like Hank did. He took the time to answer our questions, give us detailed explanations to all our questions and also give personal feedback from those at KC Mattress City who currently use or had used the mattresses we were interested in. His integrity and willingness to help us no matter how simple our questions put our mind at ease. He made us feel like he really cared about our choice, which I greatly believe he does. We could tell that he took his time to give us well thought out, honest explanations and answers to our questions because he didn't want to disappoint us. Both he and Justin are former 75th Rangers, and they are still living the Ranger Creed even though they are now working in the private sector. Hard Work, Honor, Integrity and Honesty still mean something to them and they are both passing it on to their customers which my wife and I experienced in spades . Our 1st visit and we were pleasantly surprised. We'd always bought matresses from furniture or other matress stores. Going off Consumer Reports, we kew what we wanted and they were the one place around here that carried it. Before walking in I said I didn't look forward to being shadowed by a sales person but we were greeted by a friendly older gentleman (my age) who encouraged us to try several out and if there was anything they could help with just flag one of them down. We asked about the mattress and he pointed out where they were noting they had a sale going on (which equaled what we saw online). He left us alone then circled back a while later to see if we had any questions. We asked about another brand for comparison which he showed us and explained how their showroom was arranged by brand and price. Rather than order online, we decided to buy there. After trying out different versions of our mattress, the comfort level convinced us to upgrade a level still getting a great sales price. He said we could take it with us or have it delivered but if we had an older mattress we wanted to get rid of (which we did), delivery would be best, and there was no charge for either service. Then to our surprise, he said they could deliver it in an hour or so. Sure enough, two equally friendly delivery guys knocked on the door a short time later with mattress in hand, took it up stairs, pulled the plastic off, set it up, and took the old mattress with them all in about 5 minutes.
