Stewart Appliances — Attraction in Olathe

After another appliance place and a handyman told me they wouldn't work in our fridge (bc they knew they couldn’t fix the problem), I called Stewart appliance. I explained the issue and was told a tech could come out same day to diagnose the problem. They asked for the brand (GE), model number ahead of time and I explained in depth what was going on.

After looking for a few minutes, the tech said that the panel is no longer made and could not be repaired AND that they have never successfully been able to fix the clogged drain without breaking the fridge.

So after paying $90 they did not fix it (and could have told me that over the phone prior to coming) but instead took my money and did not fix anything! I will never use this company again bc is this dishonesty. At the very least, they could have just charged a small fee to cover gas. I would expect more from any...

We purchased a whirlpool refrigerator in August. It was already out of the box when they delivered it. That should have been the first red flag. They were nice, cordial, got the installation done pretty quick. They didn't leave me any of the original paperwork. I called the next week because they hadn't left it...2 weeks later no call back. My Jenn Air Dishwasher bit the dust after 7 years. The repair man from Stewart Appliance recommended a Kitchen Aide. I looked at the reviews, they were impressive. Stewart had one in stock that would work with our kitchen, with a great price tag.
