Worldwide Flooring Design Center — Attraction in Old Bridge Township

My wife and I wanted to redo our kitchen and update our first floor with new wood flooring, so we decided to visit Worldwide Flooring in the Shoppes at Old Bridge. After choosing a new floor for the kitchen we met Nervin the Kitchen designer. Nervin was so kind and worked with me and my wife over the next few weeks to help us come up with a kitchen design that made sense for us without breaking the bank. She paid attention to our requirements and made suggestions for improvements which we would not have known about but actually made sense.

Nervin worked closely with us throughout the teardown and installation of our kitchen and was dedicated to ensuring we felt comfortable. We met with her so many times and called or visited the showroom and each time she assured us through each of the obstacles we encountered. Her great personality and kind demeanor made us feel like we were working with our family.

Our kitchen was finally completed, and it looks even better than the design drawings and could not have envisioned how great it turned out. Nervin was instrumental in helping us bring our dream kitchen to reality and we highly recommend her services. Belive me when I tell you we met with so many designers and Nervin came out on top with flying colors.

Dana Demato was awesome! I can't express my gratitude to the Old Bridge store enough. I shopped 3 other flooring stores and worldwide had the nicest collection when it comes to quality and affordability. The Edison store was ok but I went back to the Old Bridge store as I felt like I had more personalized service and built a rapport with Dana Demato as she took her time helping me choose and find the best price and payment options. Also, the Old Bridge store had a collection same as the larger stores, but a small store feel which was more comfortable.

I called often because I had many questions and even when Dana wasn't there, anyone who answered the phone was very helpful. Dana was very knowledgeable and explained all of my options for my downstairs and stair flooring. I ended up going with a Shaw floor called Castlewood Prime in Turret color, it's simply gorgeous!

I cannot write this without complimenting the installers as well. They were quick, kind and courteous, showed up on time each time and actually cared how everything looked. There was a piece that came not in perfect condition, and they reordered for me and came and fixed it within a week.

I'll upload better pictures of the stairs once I touch up the paint from where the rug used to be.

I'm looking forward to going back for tile for my kitchen...

The unprofessionalism is alarming. Dana Demato helped me during several trips to the store. It's difficult for them to allow you to take a sample board home, but eventually they let us. After some indecision, Dana and I exchanged cell phone numbers and were texting. She had to make a trip to another store to get me a current sample board of a product she didn't have in her store. I was appreciative, although it is her job. After two trips to the store she told me after all the help she had given me she expected me to be her customer. She basically tried to let me know she bent over backward for me and my husband. In the end, we went with a Mirage product which they couldn't get me. She send me a gross text and I honestly am so thankful she did because that is when I was certain about her poor character. Her main manager of the store was equally as unhelpful. It's a nice showroom but that is all they have. This store's pricing was 30 percent higher than I have found for similar products. I did purchase over $40,000 of wood in the end (but not from them).
