I purchased 2 greyhound bus tickets for me and my mom to go to Georgia after my aunt just passed away, , we drive all the way to Portland,we arrive early like the ticket says to do, we wait for over a hour in the freezing cold, I than get a email from greyhound saying our trip has been cancelled, so we drive home and I book our trip there were two options available I can leave today at 7am or today at 7pm I pick the early one, we'll I end up passing out with my phone in my hand, so my dumbass ACCIDENTLY canceles it with the push of a button sh he its gone, I start panicking, I had already spoken with my uncle , and explain how it got canceled, I can't do that again to them so I get back on my phone I'm trying to figure this out greyhound wants more money for the same tickets 300.00 more so I call them this time the lady refuses to help us, there's nothing she can do and so I say "I want to talk to your supervisor" she puts me on hold and the EXACT same lady gets on the phone, pretending to be someone else I confront her she admits it says again there nothing they can do. I hang up at this point im looking up cooperate numbers I find a different number call it, and again, it's the SAME freaking lady.
