Wow, we will never return to this pharmacy again after our experience today. I made an appointment for my two children (under five) to receive their COVID vaccines between 3-4pm. We arrived and I handed over their information at 3:10PM. After waiting a bit, a gal asked if we had any other insurance information and I gave her a different card. After waiting longer I asked about the status of their vaccinations. At this point, the initial woman helping us was helping other customers in the store. The gal who responded to my question said that only one of their informations had been inputted. so she started to work on inputting their information? At 3:40 the pharmacist came out and said he was ready, but only had one of their sets of information. At this point I asked the gal what was taking so long and she said she was still putting in their information. We finally got back at 3:50 for their shots. I told the pharmacist I was disappointed with the wait considering I had an appointment and two young children were getting their vaccines. He said something like computers and blah blah he was running doing other things. NO APOLOGY. I expect more from a pharmacy that requires appointments and a lot of information beforehand and more considering I had two young children with me. There werenât even that many people in the store! But plenty of people behind the counter. I canât imagine if there were six people who actually filled the available spots for vaccines in the hour how they would service them all considering how they currently operate. We will definitely be getting the second shot in their series at another pharmacy after their poor excuse for...
Read moreZero âď¸ actually but app wonât let it be fewer than 1⌠Staff at the 50th & Dodge location today were extremely rude, unprofessional & had bad attitudes toward my disabled husband when asking for assistance to be measured for compression socks. He has been getting them there for several years but never before experienced this type of combative behavior or excuses for âtoneâ due to having the sniffles, when confronted about the poor behaviors. Not just 1, but 3 employees, & none would give us their names. No one wore name tags nor greeted customers as they entered the store. Definitely not a place to recommend & judging by other customerâs recent comments, it seems that this is an ongoing trend at this business. Also, the guy in the back who appeared to be dispensing pills, had no gloves onâŚnot sure if that is protocol but seemed a bit disgusting to think that someone had their bare fingers all over pills that were likely going to be ingested by an unsuspecting person. Do yourself a favor & avoid Kohlls Pharmacy at 50th & Dodge if at...
Read moreCame to Kohll's RX to get a knee scooter that was prescribed for me. I first went to the Dodge St location which took my prescription, copy of my ID and my information and told me it would take 4 weeks. After those 4 weeks and not hearing anything back, I called and ended up having to drive over there for them to inform me that they had no record of me. They also told me that the location in Millard was the only location that dealt with the knee scooter prescriptions and that my information was probably passed over to them. So I called the Millard location and they also did not have any record of me. I had to print out another copy of my prescription and drive it out to Millard and was told it would be 2 more weeks. Needless to say, this was all 4 months ago and I ended up just purchasing one off of Amazon. Between the very poor customer service, the hassle of driving all over and the price it was going to cost to rent one, save yourself time and money and just buy one...
