I was in Southern Oregon during the time cannabis was being legalized there.... So I can't call whatever this place is a "proper dispensary"... At a real dispensary, you will never feel treated like cattle. You won't have to take a number. No one will physically take away your driver's license for more than a few seconds. You get 1-on-1 service. The employees genuinely know about all the products. (In part, because they've tried a lot of them). You will never feel rushed. You really shouldn't encounter a "menu", other than on-the-display list's of strains from different suppliers or maybe a list of sale items. The bud-tender should be your menu. There's a front room, but it's not a generally a waiting room. Selection isn't everything. Walmart has selection... Quality, preference, and price are what it should matter to the consumer. I didn't feel like I was able to ascertain much information about the products, as the menu was just a list, and I was being herded though the facility, half the time without my ID on me. I paid and was herded out a different door. I will never go through that again. If the 3 concentrates I purchased, 1 is good, 1 is meh, and I haven't tried the 3rd yet. Read moreI have purchased from this dispensary numerous times over the last several months without any issues. Last week I was shorted - which I'm sure has happened to others, but this is the first time it has happened to me.
I contacted the store and politely asked what to do when this occurs. They took my name, phone number, and the date/time on my receipt and said a manager will be in touch in a few days. That never happened. I have left voicemails since because now they aren't answering their phones. I don't want to keep bugging them over the small quantity that I was shorted, which is why I'm leaving this review and won't be going back.
In all honesty I could go back to this place tomorrow like it never happened and just move on, but I won't I don't appreciate doing business with people who do not follow through at the end of the day with their customers. I actually care less about being shorted and more about the company's response to a customer who was shorted. The lack of response to this situation is all I needed to bring my business elsewhere.
