..... ---Updated 4-22-2022-- The customer service at this theatre has continued to be fabulous and Fantastic. Asst manager Angie, team lead Alissa is fantastic and is always so helpful and polite with me. David, Jackie, Joey, Roddy, 'lil Malia (who should be an asst manager now!!), Big Diego are all so friendly with me and do what they can to address any concerns I have. From giving me fresh popcorn to turning up the AC, they all deserve big RAISES!!!!!!!!! Capiche? UPDATED (3-20-20)----. So sad that this super cool theatre shut down temporarily the other day. THANK YOU GUYS so much for treating me so well Every time I visit your theatre. Thanks Kyle, Darla, Joshua, Victor, Melia, 'lil Joey, Angie, Jelooquelyne, Amber, And the rest of you guys & Gorgeous ladies that I speak with Every time I visit! HOPE TO SEE YOU ALL VERY SOON. You're the best!.... Stefan...... Every time I go to this theatre, Victor & Joshua are always so friendly and outgoing. "Nice Guy Victor", as I call him, explained to me how he puts in new bulbs in the projectors and how he disposes of old bulbs as well. These two guys are great!---- BRAVO! ---. I visited this theater this week and the managers and employees were incredibly helpful, accommodating, as well as happy! Kyle, the main manager, and the assistant manager Nick went beyond the call of duty to assist me in retrieving my Regal Crown club membership numbers in addition to assisting me use the unlimited app to get tickets. They answered my questions & had good, positive attitudes. Also, the nice lady that takes our tickets, Darla is ALWAYS so friendly with me and she appears as though she has such a good time interacting with the guests and possesses an effortless charm. There's a young lady that works here that I've spoken to a few times, I think her name is MALIA!!! Boom! She's a dark haired lady, and she's really nice and fuuuuuun! She recently helped me select a soft kind of candy at the concession stand and she seems like she's always in a happy-go-lucky mood, and always has a big ol smile for me like Angelina Jolie! Probably the worse place you can bring your family and watch a movie at but that’s any regal theater period this place is infested with cockroaches and rats they’ll be in the theaters on the seats chewing through the recliner seats that we sit on and it’s really upsetting that no manager or general manager AKA Mike and Ashley do nothing about the problem besides sitting down and going through their phone and taking smoke breaks every 5 mins there’s been times where I’ve told managers or workers that there’s rats inside the theaters and they have 0 interest on getting the rat and roach problem fixed and the amount of homeless at this location is ridiculous they all sleep in back of the property getting high on drugs needles everywhere and it’s just sad that Mike and Ashley never take there job seriously and you’d think they would since this is a place where u bring your kids and family to watch a movie but instead nobody cares about the issue and only shows up to collect a paycheck if u think this place is worse don’t get me started with PALACE off 4th street probably a lil worse then this location. If you decide to go and watch a movie go to AMC these regal theaters are all jokes they need to fire the whole staff and get someone that is actually going to do there job and not make it into a big liability just what Mike and Ashley are doing to this place corporate & the health department will be...

Love the new recliner assigned seating, so comfortable and plenty of space to spread out, relax, and enjoy the show. Don't have to retract recline position for people to pass by either, love it, great thought put into the design of the remodel. This is usually my go to theater. Took 2 stars off because some staff can be rude at times (not everyone and not at every visit). They appear to be annoyed if asked for assistance. The lady scanning/checking tickets today rolled her eyes at us because we took too long getting our tickets ready (there was no one behind us either). Then there was some confusion if we'd get a ticket stub (we had QR scan tickets), and she repeated herself "You're fine" with an attitude. This is only one example of some staff members that are either having a bad day and don't have patience for people or didn't want to be at work. There has been some really nice staff members, friendly, polite, and willing to help ya if needed. My overall experience has been good at this venue.
