Well I recently went there to mail off 3 fairly light n small enelope/packages at Staples because the Clarion Hotel who was to mail them for $8.30 could not provide me a tracking # for the envelope/packages n sent me there. I was not given the price until after the girl taped on the mailing labels over my own written " mailing addresses" n was floored to learn the cost was $32.28- ( 3 times as much) as what the Hotel was to charge? She should have given me the cost before gluing their labels over my written on " mail to" address 1st.which would have given me the choice- to not accept it, before they ruined them. I would not have agreed to paying that much!! Who wants to pay 3 times the price?? I feel n do plan to ask for a refund. That was not fair nor is that good business. To say I am unsatisfied with Staples- is to put it mildly....

No one ever came to ask me if I needed help, so I went to the cashier with the long dark curly hair. Had to wait a few minutes for her to wrap up her conversation with another employee, and then was told it would be a while because the two people who could help me were busy and she couldn't leave her register. Um, okay, but can that other chick you're yapping with maybe help me out? Apparently not cuz they went right back to talking about whatever they were doing before I so rudely interrupted them. Went over and picked out a $60 printer myself and went to a different cashier. They probably could have sold me something a lot more expensive if they'd tried. I'll drive to Boise before I'll come...

Today I bought an extender since the router was weak and again used Amazon Prime this time for a savings of $15.00. The issue was the attitude with the employees. The checker immediately stated the reasons Amazon might not be a valid price match without letting me finish my sentence and show her the Amazon Prime price. An older lady with short hair walked up and began the same explanation with a very unfriendly tone. When I was able to continue my sentence the manager conceded I was right with a huff, turned around and walked off. Absolutely no excuse for this kind of customer treatment. The checker was nice after learning I was right and probably following orders, but the manager will lose the store...
