Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Ontario

For the most part the employees here are really cool and laid back... The coffee is good, but the ice teas are better. This particular location I went to is out of Ontario, OR - opened up 5 minutes early to get me setup for my morning while I was waiting to see about getting breakfast for me and my team from a Donald's across the way. Donald's did not open up on time for orders and I had to skip to work with Cinnabon from a local gas station instead. I left a review about Donald's just before this review here, just to let people know that even though this location didn't open at 5am, the Dutch Bros. across the street does. I used to love dutch Bros but over the past year or so I have found myself being more and more disappointed with the quality of the coffee. I like hot coffee but here they over steam their milk and u can taste it. When u ask them to make it not so hot they over steam the milk and then just add cold to bring the temp down. Properly steaming milk is just as important in espresso drinks as how u grind the beans. I have been going to the local "mom & pops" shops wherever I am at anymore and I am finding a much better quality of product than Dutch bros. If you like coffee on the outside of your cup and have it taste different nearly every other time while having a socially awkward teen attempt to carry on a forced conversation with you as the music is blasting out of their window, then this is the place for you. If not, I'd suggest some other place. They mean well and I get that and they probably appeal to more than they don't but I am tired of being handed dripping wet cups (that have been known to split and leak) because its filled too high when the lid was put on.
