The low star is not for the onsight employee but for the company as a whole. I paid my bill for a full month and then on the 8th they permanently suspended my line. They stated that I violated the terms and conditions of boost but didn't tell me how I did that only thing I can figure is that my 6 year old son answered a Spam call at 4:15 and they sent the line being terminated text at 4:30. I called customer service where they told me that there wasn't much they could do except sent me to an email to text to fight it where it was just an automated messaging system saying oh no looks like you violated our terms. Nothing can be done. They locked my phone number so I had to go into the store to see if I could get it unlocked where the employee called his customer contact for them to basically say well I still have a month of access due to the 'having paid my monthly bill' on my profile with a phone that doesn't have any access to calling or texting and they wouldn't give me any money back for my month.. that I have been a customer since 2013 didn't seem to have any perk incentive for the business to want fix the situation. She literally lied and said that I used up all of my data and as I was walking out the door I was cursing at my phone because it wasn't acting right and she thought it was her I was talking to she 86 to me. And then I got on the phone with customer service from boost Mobile, and she is now being reprimanded because the lady couldn't believe that what she was saying to me was actually happening.
