We went here. Cute store but it sounded like front row at KISS concert. We tried to deal with it and find things for our puppy. We couldn’t hear our conversation standing next to each other due to the music so we asked the young girl at counter if she could turn down music. She said ok and turned it down one notch. Still super loud. We kept trying to find things for our puppy and told her if you can’t turn down the music to a lower level, you guys won’t be getting our money. She said loudly we will not talk to her like that even though we just were trying to shop in peace. We left due to frustration because she apparently doesn’t know how to work a volume knob, much less run a store alone. Never asked if we needed help when we walked in either. We left and went and spent $150 at another local place that played no music, had a person running it that helped us find items and gave our puppy a treat. We tried to relay this issue to the owner with a phone call but she didn’t return our call so hence...

Great little doggie boutique at The Wharf in Orange Beach. Lil' Jack got a beautiful Burgundy tie to wear for the holidays! There is a nice selection of Christmas ornaments, bandanas, t-shirts and more for humans and their fur-kids. I watched two couples standing outdoors reading all of the door mats that are hung in the window. They were laughing and enjoying themselves. The owner is very friendly...

Me and my wife went to check it out the girl at the counter didn’t even welcomed us or ask if we needed any help she just sat there looking off in to space the customer service was not even there at least pets mart welcomes us and asks if we need any help I guess that’s why they get are money this was Friday don’t really remember the time I know it was late...
