i’m not usually one to make a bad review because of poor customer service because everyone has their days! i wasn’t going to write this but i still feel so uncomfortable with this situation. the girls working around 5pm on 10/6 were so incredibly rude and made me feel so uncomfortable that i had to leave and drive 20 minutes to the dublin location to get my hair dye. i had an airpod in because i was having a conversation on the phone and didn’t realize the mumble and stare from behind the counter was directed at me and when i acknowledged her and said i didn’t hear her, she rolled her eyes and had the nastiest tone in her voice! i was only looking for hair dye. she shook her head and walked away from me and her and the other girl behind the counter were talking about me loud enough that i could hear it down the aisle, laughed at me, and stared at me until i felt so uncomfortable that i left. i understand that everyone has their days but that was uncalled for! i will absolutely never go back to that location and i hope the company is aware of how they are treating their customers. kindness...
Read moreThis Sallys is the worst! I usually go to the one on Morse rd but they didn't have the hair color I was looking for. I called this one and they put it on hold for me, which I appreciated. My problem was when I showed up to pick up my hair color. I opened the door to come inside and this blonde cashier, who I assume was the manager rudely shooed me away with her hand all "we're at maximum capacity." I waited and finally came in. As I was waiting in line, a customer left so naturally another customer came in. Once again the rude blonde says theyre at maximum capacity. There were only 7 people in the store including the employees! The sign said 10. I quickly paid for my items and left. I understand working through this whole covid-19 situation is stressful. That does not give your employees the right to disrespect customers! I can't even fathom treating my customers like that as a retail manager. Train your staff to be respectful or you will continue to...

It was 7:56 and yes I knew the time because the employee working reminded me, I asked her if she could show me where the developer was and again, I got told hurry because “it was already 8” and I had asked her where the powder was and she said again told me to hurry very rudely. I asked her if the packet I had was powder bleach and she came back with “it says it on there” again very rudely. When I was checking out right after she kept shaking her head. I already suffer from severe anxiety and being rushed and stared at make it so much worse so I was trying to hurry and I wanted to do 2 separate transactions but was made to feel so uncomfortable that I didn’t even ask. All of that, being rude, body language (and I also had my 2 children with me who also noticed her behavior as well) by the time I walked out the door, it was 8:04. Like are you serious!?!?!? It really cost...
