Dollar Tree — Attraction in Orange

I actually enjoy this Dollar Tree is a lady there tho idk if she’s young but she looks older in the face. Is the worse cashier I thought they fired her when I stopped seeing her but I went in there tonight and she was the loudest one with some boy that wasn’t a worker nor did he look like a customer. She was loud talking, not paying attention to what she was doing so she couldn’t help the customer that was in front of her at the time. And then had the nerves to start talking subliminally towards me because most like I’m staring outta space but with a bothered impression on my face. It’s never a day I went in there and she was the cashier and I didn’t hear any of her business because she’s either on the phone loudly and/or talking to a person (not a customer) and it’s always to or about a man. She then will say loudly she’s not taking anymore customers or someone else gonna have to take them. The customer service is nasty and she’s the only cashier that does it. Unfortunately because this place is so conveniently located that one has NO Choice BUT to use it. The shift supervisor as well as most of the employees are very rude and disrespectful. There are many reasons why this place receive 1 *. First, they're so unprofessional and truly ghetto. Second they provide inaccurate information. For example, I inquired about return or exchange policy about particular items before proceeding with the transaction. I was told that I can't return but they can exchange and I must get and keep my receipt. The store offers options to print receipts or disregard it. And if one chooses the latter option, their receipts will not be printed. In my case I choose to print my receipts. When I took the items back, the shift supervisor refused to exchange it and wants me to come back to speak to the store manager... the whole situation is very unpleasant and too long to explain. I will definitely go to another Dollar Tree and avoid...

He started throwing my stuff one by one, as well as telling me to swipe my stuff myself, even though it's automatic. Unbelievably rude cashier #3 didn't do all the bad timing but this part did. She wanted me to pay her exactly and I didn't bring any change so I was looking for all my coins to be able to pay, then I told her I had a $100 bill and she said no, she wanted her exact payment very rudely, I put the cents one by one and loose bills on the counter and then she tells me in a very angry voice to put the money in her hand…everyone looking and I very embarrassed asked her what was her problem with me.
