I really wanted to like this store, but their poor management, and lack of quality control and unprofessionalism has me at wits end. Forget about trying to be eco friendly and bringing in your own bags. Bought a pair of iron woks (totaled to a little over $40) because the family insisted they’re healthier vessels than what we cook in here. Gave one a shot. It immediately rusted after the first use, even though I cleaned and dried it right after. The second wok was untouched. Called them and explained what happened, requesting a return on my purchase. They agreed over the phone. When I went in-store, one of the associates held it for me at the front and just propped it at the purchase line saying it wasn’t an issue and that when I’m at checkout, all I have to do is tell the cashier they’re mine for return (which was extremely dubious and rather unprofessional). I agreed. At checkout, I bring the woks to the cashier who looks at them and first tells me they can’t be returned at all, laughing at it with the other associates. It made me super uncomfortable… When I pushed that it was only used once, they asked why I’m returning the other. Clearly, there’s also a major lack of brain cells.😒 They spoke to their “boss” who didn’t budge either. Expected better from this place. Family and I won’t be...

Theyneeds to know they serve the black community, without our money they wouldn't serve, black people need to let them know that they can't come in our community and treat us any which way they feel like, second time going to the store, to pay for my grocery, after I saw a white person pay with a big bill no question ask, when I give her my big bill, she told me she didn't have any change, then she tell me my money is not good, after I gave her another big bill, and she checked it. All of a sudden they have changed, and I said to her, you guys should not do that you should treat all of your customers the same not every black person that walks through your door is here to steal or to fraud you you are in our community so needless to say, I returned the items get my money back and left and I wish all black customers would do the same thing when they're being treated unfairly give them their items back and leave them alone because without our money, they wouldn't be able to open that's not making a mistake. Majority of their customers are black not white and every time you go into the stores a walk they follow you around the store like you're there to steal enough is enough already we need to let them know they can't treat us this way and take our...

I visit this store twice every month since it opened, but during my recent visit I saw a unknown item on my bill, I usually don’t check my bill. While I was folding away this bill, I saw something by name “100 Club Pack” charged for “6.99+tax” then I called up the store asking what does it mean they were unable to tell me anything about it & asked me to drive down to store. Couple of days later I visited store and showed them the bill and asked what was it, they were clueless for 10 min and started asking me if I bought anything. I said nope nothing that I remember of, the manager goes in to check the camera recording. After 20 good minutes he comes and says, it’s a mistake of their employee and instead of charging me 0.99$ by mistake charged 6.99+tax. He then went on to show me how it happened, then I saw him using a one Key stroke shortcut and magically the 6.99 appears. Then I thought a little more and realized it appears magically after your bill Passes 50$. Usually people who have more than 15-20 things on list will not check bills in detail, even though he tried to convince me I still believe they are charging whenever it’s more than 50$ on unsuspecting people? Please do check your bills if you have been charged the same

We usually buy our daily grocery here. One time I found the expired pickle bottles and other time we got Tata salt where we found mircro plastic in it when we called the farmers market they told us to inform Tata salt company(this answer was probably given by the student who is working over there)I found that answer very lame because they are the retailer and they need to take care of the safety guidelines when buying things from different distributors and it's not customer who have to reach out to the large companies it's the retailers job as they were one who are selling the items here under the license.Even though I did mail the Tata salt they haven't followed up anything. This is very disappointing experience and I hope we have new market or something where we can buy fresh and quality products.Below is the picture of video where we found the plastic material.

I had a very disappointing experience, which I never expected from such a reputed establishment. I went there to buy goat legs, which are weighed and cut in your absence after you specify the count. Unfortunately, this is where the issue lies—what I was billed for (2.865 lb) was significantly more than the actual weight (2.137 lb). For goat legs, there is typically zero wastage, so this discrepancy cannot be explained away easily. I don’t mind paying a little extra, but trust is everything, and this experience left me feeling cheated. It’s upsetting to see a trusted store engage in such practices. I have captured a video and have weighed the sealed pack that I received.
