Laundry Club — Attraction in Orange

I think most of the reviews on here are for the old machines that used to be here. I came here about 1-2 years ago and never came back because to be honest it was dirty and the machines looked dirty and old BUT I just came here today to give it another try because I got an ad through the mail about the place being remodeled and let me tell you it’s WAYYYYY better than what it used to! The place got remodeled , new machines and new everything. It was so clean when I got there and I was the only one washing. I only hope people are responsible, respectful , and clean and keep this place looking nice because after all its us people who end up damaging things when we are not careful and respectful . I really hope this place keeps being this clean and nice looking so I can keep coming back. The old place where I used to go really needs an upgrade so I’m glad I came here to wash my blankets and do my laundry :).

A homeless man tossed his dirty blanket into the dryer today and just left it there. I'm guessing he's just storing it in there and coming back for it? This guy is a regular. The last time he was here, he got the whole sink area and restroom wet and dirty. I don't have anything against homeless people but sometimes, it can be scary when it's just me inside the laundromat. Another lady told me that the same guy opened up all the dryer doors when she had her clothes inside. There was no sign on one dryer and I didn't notice it until I had all my clothes in there, the machine was not in working condition The dryers don't work that well either. My clothes are still damp after putting two or more quarters. This laundromat always seems to be dirty; I think they should have someone working onsite to help...

I've come here a few times to wash big stuff like blankets and pillows etc. If you download the payrange app, it's super easy to use. However they are a bit pricey if you use the 5x machines. I had about 5 trash size bags of laundry split into the 2 huge machines and 3 small ones. That alone cost me like $38 bucks. Then another $10 on dryers. Insane, but I was desperate and in a hurry. My only other complaint is the machines are not always cleaned well on the inside (sticky gum like substance) and there's absolutely no where to sit. Very crowded tight space. But overall I come here for convenience and ease of the machines.. mainly because I'm able to get a lot done in a short amount of time. So I guess you decided what's best for you, quality...
