Super Supermarket — Attraction in Orange

Good supermarket with their flier online so that you can make your shopping list before you hit the store. Handicap accessible and parking space as well in two areas.

I haven't seen their delivery van by the door in awhile so you have to check in advance if they still provide the service.

Hours has been extended (it's about time, thanks) and gives me sufficient time to get there from work. Be sure to take a jacket along with you as the temperature is kept on the cool side so your ice cream and meat doesn't melt or thaw before you get to the register.

Update: Prices for some stuff has gone up after the renovation and was expected so I go to get for what is advertised in the flier and not what I normally need. 3 competitive stores have opened in 2019 so I expect to see prices rolling back or wider...

By far the most disgusting supermarket I have ever been to with a non caring staff to go along with it. As I walked in I was greeted by several cases of totally molded strawberries. I brought it to the attention of a nearby worker who respond by smiling and walking away. I also brought it to the attention of the cashier who to my surprise knew that they were moldy. I then asked to speak to the manager (named Alex or Alexis) he told me that all the employees were busy with other things. As I pulled my phone out to record the said strawberries, then a worker came out and started opening the strawberry packages and started to remove the moldy strawberries and put good strawberries in the packages to replace the moldy....I will not be buying anything from Super...

They should pay more attention to the expiration date of products, produce and meats. Several times, I have noticed expired products and rotten produce. The staff is subpar and the products are overpriced. The security guard follows people around as they approach the registers. He stares at them while walking in between the aisles as they unpack the groceries onto the counter to pay. Apparently, the groceries will likely be paid for if the customer has already brought them to the counter to pay, and their wallet is out. The extra scrutiny near the door is useless and unnecessary. It’s an uncomfortable and unwelcoming atmosphere. A little customer service and rotation of inventory goes a long way. After 10+ years, I can see that this supermarket has declined...
