The store had a great selection however the service and workers have been a nightmare to deal with i filled out app was told 24 48 hours called them at 48 hours and they still didnt even touch my app had to call them a few timea to even get my app verified should of new then to take my business elsewhere then he sets up delivery for following day between the hours of 10am and 1pm... Well lets say after numerous call from bein late i got the excuses of we are waiting on our employee that delivers furniture then few hours pass i got that hes deliverying a recliner then hell be dropping off my livingroom set few hours nope nothing call back and i get to GM he says sorry we only have 1 guy delivering he gets there when he gets there that there open til 8pm š³ well had a friend sit waitin as i went to work well i thought it was a joke when he said he has 1 man deliverying nope he really had 1 gentlemen show up to unload a metal electronic 3 piece sectional and a large table set.... There not very bright people apparently so needless to say he sat it down didnt put together pushed against wall n left during deliverying im not sure what happened if it was dropped or what not but the frame was bent up and 2 out of my 3 recliners on this sectional wont recline and the 2 end tables had huge gouges from delivery im soooo mad its not even funny i called GM and all i got was end tables thats easy... Nothing else like date time hes comin to swap them or how hes doing that and oh ill send couch repairman out to look at couch... It was a brand new set i got š”š”š”š š š ...and this is there service at aarons on navaree avenue i will be returning and going...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI have been renting from Aaron's for almost 30 years( in different places) I've rented from the one on Navarre Ave here in Toledo for close to 10+ years. My S.O got a lawnmower from the online app around the 4th of May where it states that the item will be DELIVERED to us in 15 days. I called after that deadline passed and was informed that it hadn't arrived and to call again the next week! I did..still not there. My S.O. got a payment due notice on his app for the lawnmower so we decided to call to see why. Here in Toledo you can be fined for high grass and we just don't have the funds to pay others to mow our grass. Well we called.. Liz I think that's her name got on the phone and let us know that the item would be delivered Monday( this call was placed this past Friday) I was JUST wondering IF they could get it here sooner. This associate got REALLY rude..Her: "Hey Lady" and proceeded to go into a rant about how it wasn't their fault the item wasn't there on time..I stopped her mid rant and explained to her WHAT MY NAME IS and I didn't blame anyone for it being late. I then asked her to speak with her manager who did a much better customer service PR. I HAVE NEVER been in my years with this Aaron's been so RUDELY spoken to. I usually go get items from their store but our van is being serviced. I am very disappointed and angry about how she spoke to me. Suggestion for Navarre Ave, Toledo Ohio..train your staff on how to speak...

But, skip that payment (depending on your payment record usually and store) and they are either knocking at your door or working out an arrangement with you. I rented through their competitors for many years. So far back I rented a pager for a job that I had and when my husband and I got married we rented our wedding rings from there. Word of advice, if a rental place ever decided to rent jewelry again just walk on by because ours was junk even though they claimed they got it from a great jeweler the appraisal we got didn't even come close to the market value on the rental agreement. They went back! Back to Aaron's! I have been renting a bed (twin) for my husband for when he visits. Long story, not getting into the visiting part. I have to sleep in a hospital bed with my feet elevated so we need a twin to fit in the bedroom. We had it for a few months and now it's time to return it. It is still in basically brand new condition because on all of their mattresses and foundations they put protective (bug) covers on them and he barely slept on it. So Thank you Aaron's for the loaner until we could get our own in preparation for getting another place...
