Jan 14 - March 31, 2020 almost three months.
At this point, almost three months later, I am very frustrated. I was either not informed or misinformed about the process, timeline, and price of the patches I ordered. From my perspective, it feels like Anderson's Monogram was dishonest. The communication was extremely frustrating and I was never updated on delays. Employees over the phone were impatient, frustrated, and interrupted me. The person listed as the customer to bill, was not correct (should have been to me, not to [omitted] ). I STILL have not received my order. And they didn't answer any of my questions in my last email to them before I canceled my order. This all happened before the virus came to be.
(And FYI all this happened before the virus. I have the emails and dates to prove it.)

Read moreI had used this business for 12 years and done so happily. My latest experience has been stressful and very unpleasant. I had a 2 week deadline and my project was not started until the day before promised delivery. I was sent digital images to approve late afternoon the day before. I quickly replied with changes that needed to be done to font and coloring. I called the next morning and found that my response had never been viewed and now it was too late to make needed changes. When I arrived to pick up my item they had not done the colors correctly as per their images and of course none of my changes had been able to be done. The work is good but customer service is not great. I have sent two small jobs there and both times, they have not been completed by the deadline. The first project, I had a very hard deadline to meet and they were a day late on it and I gave them 3 weeks advance notice and they said it would definitely be done by then. But to find out they did not start on it until the morning after my deadline. The second project, I didn't have as firm of a deadline but they told me one week. Two and half weeks go by and I hear nothing from them. Contact them and to find out it is not done and they will do it tomorrow.
