Premier Day Spa & Salon — Attraction in Orem

I received a gift card for my birthday to come to this spa. Not only was scheduling quick and easy, but when I was unable to make my original appointment, they were really understanding and accommodating for scheduling another. When I arrived at the spa, I received great customer service and ended up having the sauna and locker room to myself throughout the entire morning. I don't know if they schedule appointments in ways that foster this experience, but I loved the privacy I had! Then when I was ready for my massage, I was directed to a lovely waiting room. The snacks that are usually available at high-end spas were available and appreciated. The staff that were walking through were all kind and sweet. I was massaged by Hailee who had the perfect amount of pressure! I usually have people try to take it easy on me, but Hailee knew what she was doing! I finished the massage knot-free and thoroughly relaxed. I was led back to the waiting area where I sat until Kenzie came to get me for my facial. The facial was relaxing and Kenzie was gentle with my very sensitive skin. The products she used on my face smelled great (even though I am picky) and I didn't notice any breaking out or negative affects the following weeks. Kenzie also gave me a manicure, where we sat and had appropriate conversation. Overall, the experience was very relaxing and the staff were friendly and AMAZING at what they do. I loved it and would recommend.

My single piece of constructive criticism would be that during my massage, there was a group that came to the welcome desk. I didn't realize until after that my room had a vent that connected to the front-desk area (so I could clearly hear the conversation). I went to Premier Day Spa to use a birthday gift card from my husband. I thought it would be fun to get a facial since I had never gotten one before. I made an appointment for a European Facial and once I got there the staff member giving me the facial talked me into getting a 4-Layer facial...maybe because it was more expensive, I am not sure. I decided to try it because she told me she highly recommended it. The facial was wonderful until she started the chemical peel part of it and everything afterwards. My face tingled and stung a little bit like she said it would but near the end of the facial my face was starting to burn quite a bit. I will note that my skin is not allergic to anything (I have had multiple treatments from dermatologists in various areas and have had nothing this horrid happen to my face). This facial definitely did damage to my skin. It looks like I got sunburned (BAD) and it hurts so bad I iced it afterwards and have applied triple antibiotic ointment which is finally starting to soothe the pain. I am not sure of the quality of the products used during this facial and I was not warned by the staff that there would be after affects like this. If you’ve never had the pleasure of a massage from Brooke, you’re missing out on what I can only describe as a divine dance of relief on your back. Brooke doesn’t just work with her hands – she can take things to the next level by walking on you. Yup, you read that right. This is back therapy with a twist – or more accurately, a step!

Her back-walking technique is nothing short of magic. Somehow, she manages to cover more surface area than seems physically possible while digging deep into those trouble spots that other massages miss. It’s like having a human steamroller gracefully unlock every knot in your body, one carefully placed step at a time. She’s got the balance of a ninja and the precision of a sculptor, and trust me, your muscles will thank you.

Halfway through, I wasn’t sure if I was getting a massage or being prepared for Cirque du Soleil. But every moment was blissful – even the parts where I felt like she was unearthing knots from my past life.
