Very nice however the young lady making the snow cones was inappropriate my family and I watched for hours not one time did this female wash her hands, use hand sanitizer or plastic gloves. We watched as she sat on the brick wall hands on the walls, messing with her phone and the worst of all she was sweeping the grounds with broom and dust pan touching the filthy garbage can and went back to business as usual without washing , sanitizing or using gloves she put her dirty filthy grimy hands on customers snow cones not to mention she's handling filthy money it was totally disgusting very unsanitary. When questioned she said she wears gloves and washed her hands multiple times which was a flat out lie like I said my family watched for hours no hand washing no hand sanitizer no gloves. If anyone gets sick it's because of her she's nasty that's the first rule wash hands to prevent the spread of germs just disgusting other than that the outing was fine u have no idea how bad my family and I wanted a snow cone but she was a total turn off and a liar careful u never know...
Read moreThe park itself was beautiful. Wish I could say the same about the staff. I visited the information desk several times before entering this park. Not one time was I offered or told that there were life jackets for children who do not swim. The small slide were marked instructing how tall you should be and people assisting in and outside the water. The large slide states that you should be with an adult. They have staff at the slide but theydo not tell you that the water is 6-12 ft deep. Nor do they ask if you have an adult with you or even if you can swim. I see that this town is pleased more about the $14 per person outside of the community than anything. Before asking me anything I should have been asked "is your child okay". The manager was disrespectful and they discriminated against my family and others. I was offered free passes ( upon approval) to be used this season. We have not received the passes and if they come in a week they can not be used because school has begun. Sad to say this community needed...
Read moreFirst time in about 15+ years… Pool is nice and mostly clean. I did see a bandaid over by the “deep end”. I like the fact they have life jackets for the young ones to use. Bathrooms have been clean. Food is actually decent. Lazy river is nice. Would be great if the teeny boppers actually sat in their tubes and not rough house with their friends in the lazy river. Haven’t tried the slides yet. My son is too small and doesn’t know how to swim yet. There are rules apparently. Can’t have your little one hanging off your back and can’t stay under the water to see who can hold their breathe the longest. I’m not sure of the rest of the rules. I am not sure where they put the rules at?? Had bought a membership for the rest of the season. It’s worth it because it’s $11 per resident (kids are $11 per resident price as well) and it’s pricey for non resident. They do have shade. There are umbrellas on the hill. Comfortable and...
