Incident Date: 11/1/2024 Order ID: AAAPQMKQACBG Table: 131 Employee: Jayla Processed by: Marquis Time of Transaction: 7:49:37 PM I am writing to formally report an incident that occurred at your Orland Park location on November 1, 2024. As a regular customer who frequently brings my family to this establishment, I was disturbed by the unprofessional and disrespectful treatment we experienced during our visit. After a 49-minute wait to be seated, I requested a table in a different area, which the host reluctantly agreed to, adding that we would need to wait another 15 minutes to place our order. Once seated, I noticed that the table and seats were not properly cleaned, and I had to request further assistance from a manager to clean them adequately. As we started our order, the server, Jayla, placed an alcoholic beverage directly in front of my 2-year-old daughter, which my mother immediately pointed out as a concern. After this incident, I noticed Jayla begin to make faces at my mother in what appeared to be a mocking manner and started name calling. This behavior felt unprofessional and highly disrespectful. Subsequent requests for essential items, like a booster seat and utensils, were ignored or met with a dismissive attitude. When I tried to clarify our food preferences with another server, she walked away abruptly. Shortly afterward, another individual who identified herself as a manager approached us, inquiring if we wanted to split the bill and leave. When I attempted to voice my concerns, she responded in an aggressive manner, saying, “I’m the right one.” This escalated the situation, and another manager, Marquis, stepped in to de-escalate. However, the initial manager then asked a staff member if she should call the police, to which they agreed. The police arrived and, after hearing our side of the story, escorted us out and informed us that we were banned from this location for three months. This entire experience has left my family and me feeling disrespected and unwelcome. I request that you thoroughly investigate this matter, as it was highly distressing for my family and me. Reviewing the security footage and transaction records from that evening should clarify the situation. This experience has been deeply disappointing, and I am prepared to pursue further action if necessary. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I would like to start out by saying I would give it 0 stars if I could. The wait wasn’t bad at all but the food was not like it is in my home town. Looking over the menu I was shocked. $1 extra for celery. $1 extra for a dipping sauce. $2 extra for a half side of fries with a burger? Who wants cole slaw with a burger? Or beans? I ended up ordering the grilled cheese since it came with fries as a side. The grilled cheese on the menu was called “a grilled cheese platter”. It was no platter. It also said it came with American and provolone. When the grilled cheese came, it was only one, not a platter. And no provolone. My boyfriend got the 10 boneless wings with a medium sauce. No sides. $1 extra for a cup of ranch. It came out with no sauce on the wings, only at the bottom of the plate. He asked if he could get it re tossed or just an extra cup of sauce. The waitress comes out with not sauce, but oil that’s colored orange. No flavor at all. Who knew sauce was flavorless and oily? The burger seemed like the only decent item that was ordered at my table. But the extra $2 for fries? Not worth it. It was only a handful of fries and that was it. The barbecue sauce that came with the burger was ice cold as well. I do not recommend. You’d be better off eating at home or going to a different place or eating cardboard. **forgot to take pictures only got some of medium sauce**

Within a year this hooters location fell off so fast. They need A REAL MANAGER and REAL WORKERS. It’s nothing but young girls walking the floor, looking at us like we supposed to be doing they job. My reservation was for 8:30 pm and we didn’t sit down until 9, after having to ask someone multiple times to clean a table off. It’s no way it should be groups sitting at the door waiting to be seated, but it’s 4-5 dirty tables not being cleaned. I watched a girl clean the table and everything that was on the table got swept to the floor , and was not swept after. JUST NASTY! Drinks were bad, food wasn’t hot when it came out. I seen at least 30 plates sitting at the front waiting to be served and no one is working. Everyone is just sitting around talking over the food trying to look cute. Manager walked on the floor , said NOTHING and walked back to the back. No one should have to ask for tables to be cleaned or for the floors to be swept underneath us. Don’t get me wrong I want our young women to thrive. BUT this is a business, if i’m paying money then i expect to be treated like im in a nice establishment. Too many young women in there playing and it ain’t nothing funny when it comes to anybody’s food. I took a picture of the floors in the back but that’s how it looked around the entire restaurant.

Horrible,my first experience. My first introduction just horrible. So me and two of my friends went to eat at the Orland Park location at 12:40pm on Tuesday March 5. We were immediately sat and greeted by our server . She took our drink orders and shortly after took our food order. All of this happened in about the first 10mins of us being seated. I order the hooters traditional wings w/honey bbq and thai chilli on the side, my friends ordered a 1/2 lbs of shrimp and a Cheeseburger. 15min go past and our initial server passes us over to another server because her shift ended (which I found to be rude, because im pretty sure we were her last table and I'm a server myself your shift doesn't end until your last table leaves, unless its an emergency you should never give a table away spontaneously, especially not in the middle of our experience). The server she introduces us to never made any eye contact with us and she was real swift with her introduction (The first red flag). Another 20 min passes and we notice that a man who was sat at the bar (during our introduction to the new server), has received his food before us (second red flag). After another 20mins of sitting our server finally returns to apologize for the long wait and that the hold up was the "Shrimp" my friend ordered, as she continues to ask if we want more water (still making no eye contact whatsoever) (3rd red flag). We respond " no thank you" to the water. 10min goes past and our server returns with a water and tells us "thank you" while sitting the water on the table and rushing off, making no eye contact still (Fourth red flag). 15 more minutes have passed and were hungry and livid. We decide to leave but before leaving we spoke to a manager, who told us that the hold up was now "the burger" we ordered, she never apologized or made any suggestions to how she could of fixed our experience or even asked us to stay. The only thing she did that was actually shocking, was say " there's no excuse, but im cheesing up your burger if you still want the food". I don't know if she wanted us to ask for it Togo or if she just didn't comprehend that we just received the worst service in history. We literally waited an 1hr and 15min (and counting), for a simple cheese burgar (15-20mins to cook), 1/2 lbs of shimp (5-10 min to make), and your legendary signature wings (10-15min to fry). It was horrible If I could give you any thing lower than 1 star, it would definitely be a...

If I could give less than one star I would! I just left the hooters in Orland Park after sitting for an hour with absolutely no food. We were sat at 12:40pm in high spirits and left at 1:35pm with no food. I also want to be clear they were NOT busy. Our first server was really nice and honest about avoiding the turkey burger in our selection. We order 1/2 pound of shrimp, a cheeseburger and a set of wings. After about 15 minutes, our first server introduced us to our new server, because her shift was ending. The new server made absolutely NO eye contact, she stared at the table when talking to us. After another 20 mins of watching people come in after us and get served, our server comes over and apologizes for the wait, and tells us the reason for the wait is the SHRIMP.... of all things it was the damn shrimp. She asked if we needed more water while we waited for the shrimp. The answer was no, we don’t need more water. She brought more water any way and said thank you while sitting the water down... I think it was her nerves or something. Another 20 mins pass and we decide to put our coats on and leave, as well as speak with a manager on our way out. Our server walked past us standing near the door in our coats waiting for the manager and did not say a word or make any eye contact. The manager comes after several mins, we explained how unbelievably long our wait was, while looking around the empty restaurant. The manager didn’t seem to comprehend how bad things were, I reminded her that we were sat at 12:40pm and asked if she knew what time it was now, she said no and i said it’s 1:30pm! The thing the manager said that wasn’t BS was there was no excuse for the wait. She explained that the burger was holding the food up (so was it the burger, the shrimp or just incompetence?) but she just had to add cheese and it would be right out. To which we said we are leaving. That was it. That was the experience. No offer to make things right, no real apology, no request for us to stay. I am very disappointed. I make it a point to shop in my community but its times like this that make me wonder if...
