Checked out Bonefish Grill in Orland Park, Illinois for a solo outing and honestly… 10/10 experience. 🙌🏽 The vibe was super chill, the service was on point, and the food? Even better. Let me put y’all on real quick: if you go, you HAVE to try the Chicken Caesar Salad — perfectly grilled, seasoned just right, and the dressing hits. But the real star of the show? The famous Bang Bang Shrimp 🦐🔥 I get the hype now… crispy, saucy, slightly spicy — it’s easily some of the best shrimp I’ve had in Illinois, no exaggeration. It lives up to the name and then some. Whether you’re going solo or with friends, this spot is definitely worth the visit. Don’t sleep on it.

Had a late lunch today. Lucky for me, I missed a crowd. There was ample seating. I chose to sit near the bar. Andrew was my server: he was exceptional: very attentive, extremely knowledgeable about the menu offerings and the company as a whole. You should ask for him, you won’t regret his service to you. When presented w/several questions about the management of the chain, he was informed and spoke highly of the way the chain is managed. This was my first visit to the Orland Park restaurant. It’s off of LaGrange Road, in an easy entry, east exist locale. The place was clean and the smells were delicious. I started my lunch w/a delicious tasting grape-lemonade drink, a cup of Corn Chowder and Lump Crab w/bacon, coupled with fried Calamari, fried peppers served with a sweet Asian sauce. At first I found the Calamari somewhat salty for my taste, yet after layering it w/the sweet Asian sauce, I devoured it. My main offering came from the Daily Special: Baja Scallop and Shrimp Scampi Pasta. Andrew(our server) mentioned a similar dish which was a bit spicier and heat: generally to my liking when it comes to such dishes. I opted to go with the original dish instead. Was it good? Yes!! I have to admit, it was good. I don’t regret the choice at all. It wasn’t as flavorful as I’d have wanted it to be, but it was delightfully, good. In hindsight, Andrew’s choice for me, might’ve better served my pallet; yet I wasn’t disappointed at all. All in all, the luncheon was perfect. For those seeking what I ate, with less spice and heat, I think you’ll be satisfied. The ambience was fresh, clean, roomy and friendly. The hostess was polite and gracious. Within minutes of seating, our server arrived and he stayed with us from start to finish. He truly added to the luncheon. The bar scene was clean and well lite. As I’m typing this review, I can’t take my mind off of that lemonade: it was so refreshing. I’ll definitely return to this locale. I almost forgot, the bread was well baked, warm and came will a delectable oil. Nothing was missing. Everything about this luncheon fell perfectly into place. To the staff, thank you so much. I’ll be back.

I took myself on a solo birthday dinner to Bonefish Grill, and overall, it was a really beautiful and memorable experience. I arrived about 10-15 minutes late due to a train delay but called ahead to let them know. When I arrived, there weren’t any tables available right away—even though I had noted in my reservation that it was for a birthday—but I noticed there were open tables on the other side. It was a very busy night, so I understand things can get a little hectic, though the space could’ve used a little more tidying up. The staff was welcoming and flexible, allowing me to sit wherever I felt most comfortable. I chose the bar—and I’m glad I did! The bar area had great energy, a clear view of the TV, and an overall relaxing vibe. The atmosphere was perfect for a solo date night. The food was amazing. I ordered the blackened salmon—it was flavorful and cooked just right. They did accidentally put bacon on my mac and cheese, which I don’t eat, but they quickly and kindly fixed it without hesitation. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and respectful. One thing that did disappoint me was that I had noted in my reservation that it was for my birthday, but no one acknowledged it. I didn’t expect a big deal, but even a simple “Happy Birthday” would’ve meant a lot. I didn’t receive a dessert or any special acknowledgment—until one of the staff members I had been chatting with realized it was my birthday and went to the back to get me a slice of cheesecake. That small gesture truly made my night. It was thoughtful and appreciated, especially since I was celebrating alone. This was my first solo date in a long time, and I’m happy I chose Bonefish Grill. I actually traveled from Indiana to Orland Park just to come here—and it was definitely worth it. Despite the minor hiccups, I’d rate my experience a 9 out of 10. I’m not picky—just meticulous—and they came very close to perfection. I’d definitely recommend Bonefish Grill for anyone looking for great food, good vibes, and warm service. I’ll be back—hopefully next time, I’ll get a booth and a birthday shoutout!

On Monday September 15th, I took My mom here for her Birthday and it was thee WORST Decision I made! we were Sat down, at our table took our Server Fifteen Minutes before She even Spoke to us! Next thing She shows up Ask us what would we like to drink ?? My Mom ask for Coffee brings our Beverages back , We Order our Food my mother says the coffee was cold! an Older Couple behind us ordered coffee no Problem so we got the bottom of the barrel ! I brought it to her attention it was cold .

she takes the cup brings it back it was the same color mom said this is Re-heated coffee! Her birthday is getting sloppy and Sloppier ! Food comes back my Order was wrong because I asked to swap one side out for another one she said it would be an up charge no Problem! but still brought it anyway! That's Because she's trying to remember everyone Order with out writing it down! I noticed our server being Playful in another group of employess Including a Manager which is Very Unprofessional. Our Server atended to a group of four or More which is an Old restaurant ritual You feel you get a bigger tip! so Our Money and tip means nothing ??? I hope it was worth it.

Remedy! 1. Server Should always bring water ! to a table we didn't even get water! All Parties should get the same treatment Ask Us how are we ? food is coming etc. not Gone 15min at at time. Maintain communication ! Management Should always ask customers how is everything are you satisfied ?? Training on Service Procedures. !

of Course our Server was Up set because I gave her no! tip ! and she went to her co-worker and said something because I caught her looking at our table. I don't reward bad behavior ! Never asked how was everything? Hope you guys come back Hopefully this will be helpful and You all can Re structure your trainging for reviewal or either Our Waitress Alicia T is inconsiderate or shes INCOMPETENT I will post on all social media outlets that I don't recommend coming to this...
