Lake Sedgewick — Attraction in Orland Township

Great place to bring family. Friendly people with plenty of paths along the lake. Great fishing lake for bass and pretty good for bluegill, crappie, catfish and carp. The baitfish are slightly undersized in comparison to the last 8 years or so. Stocking of more predator species like the tiger musky are attempting to rehabilitate the fishery. Please catch and release all species which are not permitted to be kept according to the lakes creel limit. Recent landscaping allows for more shore opportunities. Lake Sedgwick is also located in Centennial Park which has an aquatic center.It had really nice walking path. They have a dog park but you have to be a member .
