This Chick-fil-A location is fantastic! Definitely one of the most kid-friendly fast food spots in Orland Park.

Kid-Friendly & Play Area: • Clean and well-maintained play area—perfect for kids around ages 2-7. A great spot for little ones to burn off some energy while you enjoy your meal. • The family-friendly atmosphere makes it an easy choice for parents with young kids.

Food & Must-Try Items: • The Chicken Cobb Salad with Avocado Ranch dressing is my go-to—so fresh and flavorful! • My daughter loves the chicken strips and, of course, the waffle fries—a classic. • The strawberry lemonade is a must! It’s not too sweet, perfectly refreshing, and if you love strawberries like we do, you’ll be hooked. • Dipping sauces? Highly recommend: • Ranch (classic and creamy) • Zesty Buffalo (perfect balance of heat and flavor) • Classic ketchup (for those waffle fries, of course!)

Service & Atmosphere: • Always busy, whether you’re in the drive-thru or dining in, but the staff is incredibly efficient, and the turnaround is quick. • Top-notch customer service. A staff member is usually walking around checking in, offering refills, extra sauces, or anything else you need. • It truly feels like you’re getting restaurant-level service at a fast food place. The employees are friendly, genuine, and go the extra mile.

I ordered my Sandwich from a guy with an iPad out side first, he repeated my order and it was correct. I drive up to the umbrella to pay for my order “ asked me who I was I let them know they couldn’t find my order then the kid who took my order comes up and says oh he’s under his vehicle type and color... they find the order they take my credit card process to swipe it in each of their phones and it won’t work he says we are having some issues with our machine and I would have to pay at the window” no problem... I go up to the window to pay The guy takes my card and says “thanks Robert” I am not Robert and said the total which is 3 times my original order amount I said excuse me, and again excuse me and nothing. Then hands me a receipt for the wrong food and hands me my single bag of food and no drink. I told him that is incorrect they immediately corrected the issue and refunded the money and re ran my card for the actual amount. Then I ask for my drink and the kid stumbles briefly and hands me my drink. I pull away and get down the road and I have the wrong order as I continued to eat the fries while I’m driving...At this point it’s too late to return. This is something I would expect from a Burger King, or even a McDonalds but not a chick-fil-a. This is the best restaurant I have been to in a long time! Especially for fast food but even compared to a sit down restaurant this place is awesome! They were very friendly and prompt there was an issue with the order and they immediately fixed the problem and we're very apologetic. The kids area was great they have a nice clean and well kept area. There is a place for the big Kids to play but also some lowers stuff for my 13 month old to play with. The bathroom I can't rave enough about it was a simple bathroom only 2 stalls however they had a stool under the sink which is rare beyond rare. I appreciate the fact that my 4 year old was able to wash his own hands. Plus they had a really cool mouthwash dispenser i have never seen one of those before. Also they had changing tables in both the men and women's which I am grateful for. Some places only have it in the women's and I have been to places they had none at all and I had to change my baby on the floor! I only wish this place was in my hometown so I could come more. Whatever you guys are doing at this location your rocking it keep up the great work it is appreciated.
