Orland Park Shopping Plaza — Local services in Orland Township

Nice small shopping center. I only went to the Reptile & Bird stores. They're a bit cramped. But employees are very helpful. Birds being boarded seemed happy. Personally, I don't board. I prefer keeping my birds in their own homes so they aren't stressed. It can get quite crowded at the store. Small isles. I care for birds in they're own familiar home surroundings as it's so hard to find ppl knowledgable with them. Reason for 3 stars is due to cramped parking near the Bird & Reptile store & cramped store conditions. Couldn't get thru isle at reptile store. Employee was talking to customers & even if they had offered to move, I'd of had to slid sideways to get by. Otherwise, I prefer the small stores like this to big box stores. These ppl know...

We heard that they were in danger of closing, and we wanted to support them. Food was ok. Service was poor. We split a meal and had soup. They charged us $2 for the extra plate. I asked to have the soup as soon as it was ready. We waited more than 15 minutes for it. After the meal, I asked for a box. They handed it to me to transfer my food myself, while I watched many others have their food taken to the kitchen and done for them. They can...

It might be just me but when I go to a mall, I know exactly where I'm going and what I want to buy. I HATE it when a sales person is trying to stop me with there "free" sample and pressure me into trying there product. Then when I politely say, "No thank you," they proceed to pressure me. This hone keeps me out of the mall and keeps my money in my pocket....
