went there a couple of times and liked it for hair products and such; they have a nice selection. What I don't like is that I brought virgin hair from them (from behind the counter) id shed like crazy and matted up after one co wash, no shampoo...Icalled they told me to come back and when I get there the foreigners, who clearly own the establishment direct me to an african American who has nothing to do with the business, did not sell nor recommend me the hair, and wasn't even there on the date of purchase, to handle my issue. Long story short they said the hair was matted and shedding like crazy bc I didn't "care properly or buy the correct products they recommend with that hair; no products were recommended to me when I purchased the hair, this isn't y first weave or first time with virgin hair...they don't care about the money or value our consumer dollar. Once they have made the transaction they don't guarantee the products especially the hair. And than they send a female of my same race to lie to me and blatantly tell me its my fault but the look and tone in her voice did not match that statement.The only solution I was offered was to remove the hair, drive back to return it to them, they would than send it back to the company, and see what kind of response...

So let’s start with I walked in for my birthday to get hair and asked this girl for water wave curly hair she gave me while on the phone some loose wave and I thought maybe when I wet it is gonna give more but mind you I’m blonde so I got the 3 bundle deal and it was under $200 before taxes natural color and was willing to bleach it to match my hair color so I go in with bleach and 50 volume developer and I attempted to bleach it as it didn’t lift and before I bleached it cause I know the hair is known for being pre dyed and so I boiled the bundles first I forgot to mention but yeah I gave it a bleach bath and still came out not what I was expecting as I already processed it soo much and gave in and and just rinsed it out and conditioned and even toned it for yo be very disappointed however I said a mouth full just to give warning as I got a extra bundle which she said it was $10 but charged me $20 overall I spent with taxes $218 for the hair not to even be curly or can keep a curl and to not even have as wave pattern let alone didn’t even lift to the bleach with a 50 volume developer is diabolical! So please be advise PSA I do take accountability for choosing that hair store rushing and could have spoke up and asked questions before making...

I've shopped here with loyalty for years & have spent so much money....Until today. I dyed my hair jet black & came into the store and requested jet black extensions. I waited 20 minutes for assistance. Well the employee was busy and rushed & got the hair and brought it to the register & I paid. I never got to see or hold my hair but I never thought anything of it (I've never had a problem with recieving the wrong hair before) As I get to my hair appointment the following day, the stylist saw that the hair was brown and asked me to go back and exchange it. When I got to the store I didn't expect what happened next. I was told that it would not be exchanged after I politely explained the error with the employee. I was also told that I could only get a store credit for one of the packages because the stylist had opened the first one when she noticed what color it was. I'm so upset & disappointed with the service I received & let them know I will never come back. They didn't apologize for the inconvenience or anything. The hair wasn't used & now I'm stuck with it. Simply exchanging the hair would have saved this store a lot of business. I'll be telling my family & friends not to come back as...
