D & C Barber Shop #4 — Attraction in Orlando

I’ve been going to this barbershop for a few years now and I will no longer be going because a lot of the barbers assume the Black clients that patronize their business don’t “appear” to speak or understand Spanish fluently. They will continue to find themselves losing business when the barbers decide to badmouth a customer sitting in their chair they don’t assume speak the language. A word of advice: if you have customers from different walks of life, you respect them equally. There’s nothing wrong with the ‘barbershop talk,’ but talking about customers sitting in your chair and patronizing your business regularly is disgusting behavior. This has occurred multiple times from the same barbers. And you have Afro Latino barbers in the shop and should know better. If you are Afro Latino or of African American heritage there are better barbershops out there where they don’t take your spending power for granted or assume you cannot understand their frustration based on a language...

Been going this barbershop for about 4 years. I was amazed how professional and clean it was. The barbers were really talented but, sad to say its going down. They have become very unprofessional and are never on time. Today was my worst experience ever. Got there at 8:15 am along with two other customers. The shop didnt open until almost 10. By that that time its nearly 30 people waiting. So what happens when they open the door, people rush in and started claiming spots. it was terrible. I told the barber i was there first and he just through his hands up. If they would be to work on time they would know who arrived first. Im not sure if the owner knows or cares how his establishment is being ran but its not going to last long the way there running it now. I used to like this barber shop been going here a few years,but the past few times i been having a horrible experience .This barbers talk way......to much when cutting your hair or on their cellphones like if they at a bar or something ,and take forever when they try to cut your hair ,talk to the barber next to them and uses the phone at the same time ,I only go on my days off and got stuff to do and wanna be out quick ,it doesn't take 40 plus minutes for a blowout to do.Also is one thing to be friendly but don't be asking personal questions ,just do your job and go on with the...
