Dear Sprouts,
I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to share my recent experience at one of your stores located at 2530 e Colonial dr Orlando FL 32803. I visited the store today to pick up my weekly groceries, but unfortunately, I had a rather uncomfortable encounter with your staff that I feel compelled to bring to your attention.
While I was walking around the store, I noticed, out of the corner of my eye, that two managers were glancing over in my direction. Initially, I didn't think much of it and continued browsing. However, when I looked up again, I noticed that another manager was watching me intently. This made me feel quite uneasy and self-conscious about my presence in the store.
I believe in giving people the benefit of the doubt, and I understand that it is important for store staff to monitor customers for various reasons. However, the repeated and seemingly excessive attention I received from the managers made me feel singled out and uncomfortable. It felt as though I was being closely scrutinized without any apparent reason.
As a loyal customer of Sprouts, I have always appreciated the quality of your products and the overall shopping experience. However, this incident has left me feeling disheartened and questioning whether I should continue to support your store. I believe that every customer should be treated with respect and made to feel welcome, regardless of their race, gender, or any other factor.
I kindly request that you address this matter with the staff involved and remind them of the importance of treating all customers fairly and without judgment. It is crucial to foster an inclusive and welcoming environment where customers feel comfortable and valued.
I hope that you will take my feedback seriously and take appropriate measures to prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future. I look forward to hearing from you and seeing improvements in the way customers are treated at your store.

I happen to look online and Vance I made a short list of items that I wouldn't mind getting and a few that I wanted to check out in person to see if they would work for me. In the end two of the items that I was truly interested in that were also on sale were out of stock. I only bought two items off my list but I'm happy with them. We walked through essentially the entire store and I was impressed with the variety of items that they had available. All the fresh produce looked really good but they didn't have a couple of things that I would have liked to get. Their bulk section is very large with an extensive variety of items. My problem is that I'm looking for more sugar free items and I only found I believe one. I did find quite a few items throughout the grocery section that were of interest to me but I wasn't prepared to purchase at the moment. One that really caught my eye was a soy-free teriyaki sauce. My issue is that soy is used to make most teriyaki sauce so I'm not sure how it can be teriyaki otherwise. I didn't get a chance to check the bottle. I also saw for the first time green sriracha sauce. Overall I was impressed with the store even though we only picked up a few items. I would definitely be willing to stop back and see if they have some of the items in stock that weren't there on my visit. The checkout experience was quite easy. I used the self-checkout and the only issue I had was it had trouble reading my bag that I was using. They were able to help with it quickly and efficiently and everything else went great. Read moreThis review is for Javier who works in the vitamin department. I stopped at this location for the first time, weeks ago after an exhausting work trip. I was on the search for a safe, calming supplement, that would aid me with work. I spotted Javier assisting a gentlemen near me and immediately noticed his calm, reassuring presence as well as the positive energy and enthusiasm he radiated while assisting that gentlemen. I had a few questions but didn’t want to disturb them. Shortly after noticing Javier and his outstanding customer service, he made his way over to check if I needed any assistance or had any questions regarding the different supplements and their uses. I was overwhelmed with my choices and had no idea where to start! He was BEYOND knowledgeable and we chatted for I don’t know how long but it was a welcoming and much needed interaction that literally changed my life lol. I will be visiting this location over any other now thanks to him. We need more people like him in the world that exudes that type kindness and support.
