Spirit Halloween — Attraction in Orlando

Wow...I literally have never experienced such TERRIBLE customer service. About 2 min after I walked in with my family I was approached by an employee with not a hello but an excuse me you cannot have your backpack in store too many thefts. So I felt I was treated very unfairly as I saw MANY people with backpacks. There should be a sign on door and ALL customers should treated equally not pin pointed. IN A VERY RUDE MANNER BTW. Same employee rang me up on the register and in a very rude tone proceeded to tell me it was final sale. It's not what was being said it's how and it should be told to ALL CUSTOMERS. Very BIZZARE experience that I couldn't enjoy purchasing many more than one costume. Instead I was being approached by the backpack security. My husband had to put my bag in car. Really...

I Bought a string of lights here where half of them weren’t working; I tried to return them because they were pretty expensive for what they are ($13 for a string of 100 and the first half won’t light) but was told they don’t do returns. I was able to fix the wiring with cutters and electrical tape, but I don’t think most people would be able to fix it.

Also got a spotlight from here but the screw on the ground spike was stripped out of the box, poor build quality for a $22 price tag imo.

However I got a pretty nice Halloween Wreathe here, and it’s always nice to look at the other Halloween stuff they have, staff was also friendly despite that I disagree with the...
