Geek Squad — Attraction in Oshkosh

I had an extremely pleasant experience working with this location on my laptop repair. I came in due to my laptop not booting after replacing RAM. I was pleasantly surprised to find a checking appointment available same day, and Nate was extremely professional and polite while checking me in. He was very confident in the ability of their technicians, but also help to manage my expectations by not over promising results. The service was completed a day and a half earlier than estimated, so I must commend Jason for his thorough and expedient work. Collin, who handled my pickup, was also extremely polite and helped me understand all that was per formed. Cause of the issue was not clear, even after everything that had been done, however said issue was resolved by their work. Overall, I am extremely pleased, at will be sure to return to this location should I require any further assistance...

I purchased an amp instalation online .. Got an appointment..the dude that works there refuse to do my installation because my amp wasnt purchased at best buy.. they charged my best buy card canceled my apointment and claim they completed the instalation.. when they didnt!! They lied to the store..had to file a dispute to get my money back..very unprofessional geek...

Very helpful and patient. Our computer was updated and checked over with no viruses detected. Settings were adjusted as requested and geek squad was very attentive to our service needs. I have very low vision and they made sure they left all my settings on black background and very large print so I can read my computer...
