I waited for over 38 minutes for my online order that was supposed to be completed at 7:02 pm. Granted this was on the night of Burrito Day, however, I did not even do the deal, didn’t know about it. I watched over roughly 35-50 ish people walk in the door and hop in line and receive their orders prior to me. I went in line and got up to the counter and spoke with a manager named Bethany J. She offered no apology, I asked for a refund given they now ran out of the items that were in my order. I had food that I picked up from other restaurants for others in my car, that has now been ruined due to their inability to ensure that online orders were completed in a timely manner. Had I known, I would have hopped in line when I first walked in and I would have been out the door in under 10 minutes. The general manager, Bethany J, was very rude and did not offer any compensation or an apology. I am generally a very understanding and patient person, however after waiting over 38 minutes and watching those who just walked in the door leave with food within minutes, while the other food in my car was getting cold and or melted, was very frustrating. I will not be coming to this establishment again. I will go to Chipotle that is opening up down the street and or the Taqueria! There were many others who were frustrated as well, as there was someone who had been waiting over 50 minutes for their online order and still had not gotten it. Bethany J, should have closed online ordering if her and her staff were unable to keep up with demand, once they were able to catch up, she could open the online...
Read moreNormally I wouldn’t write a review but tonight we both experienced the rudest customer service ever. Yes it was busy and during dinner rush, but that is no excuse for the attitude that this employee had. It was the employee in the purple shirt making everyone’s food and asking what they wanted in either their bowl or burrito. He kept rolling his eyes at the line that kept getting longer and longer, and he gave both my boyfriend and I an attitude when we didn’t hear what he was saying because he was whispering questions to us when he would ask “white or brown rice?” “Black or pinto beans?”. He asked me if I wanted any sauces and I said “no thank you” and then proceeded to ask for pico and he said “that is a sauce” in a rude manner. No it isn’t sir, a sauce is ranch/vinaigrette.. a salsa is pico/corn salsa. He even gave the guy in front of us an attitude too because the guy didn’t hear him whisper “corn or flour tortilla?” And he just stared rudely at the guy when in reality he never heard this rude worker ask the question in the first place. I get it, it’s busy and you don’t wanna be at work, or you might have some stuff going on at home, but I work a retail job and I would NEVER act this way towards customers, and if I did I would get written up for being so rude at a job that I willingly applied for. We will be back to this location (since it’s the only location in Oshkosh), but I hope we never have to deal with this...
Read moreThere was an issue with my order. I asked for the three different salsas in my bowl and one on the side to try the new habanero one. I didn’t receive any salsa in the bowl or on the side. I was so bummed out cause the whole bowl was very dry as I didn’t add any queso or sour cream. Not to mention I ordered two of the same, one for my boyfriend. So I was a little upset that both were messed up. I called and talked to Dion, who said he was the assistant manager and he was beyond nice. Saying he was going to take care of this and make this right because he wants to keep us satisfied and to come back. The next day we picked up the same orders that were pretty loaded, had all my salsas’ and even a little cup queso was in there. Then he left us a note saying “I’m sincerely sorry for the mishap, hope to earn your return. And signed. AND he left coupons for two free entrees. This is what real customer service looks like. Props to him for handling this situation right and going above an beyond for his customers! Thanks Dion! We will definitely be...
