Culver’s — Restaurant in Oshkosh

First my order was taken at 8:45pm. Yes it was a little busy but not totally crazy. The guy who was working the register in drive thru was completely rude and not educated in the food and what the concert mixer of the month is. He was also burping in the microphone while taking my order. No excuses me or I'm sorry. Got up to the window to pay. I explained to him again what the flavor of the month was which is the dove chocolate with raspberries that has been being advertised for the month. He still has no clue. Pay for our order. He hands me a number and then closes the window. Doesn't say please pull ahead or into one of the spots. We get our order at about 9pm We noticed they forgot our Hi-c, the young lady went and got us one. While we were waiting for the drink we checked the rest of the order and noticed that our shakes were wrong. We where supposed to have one vanilla and one strawberry. With nothing in them. In addition to those two shakes we where supposed to have a shake with the dove and raspberries again the special for the month that has been advertised. Our vanilla shake perfect, our other two shakes where in correct. The dove raspberry one has no raspberries in it just chocolate. The strawberry one had chocolate in it as well. I said something to the girls when she came back with our missing Hi-C She said she would come back with a new one. Fast forward 10mins, no new shake. I went in and at that point my food was cold and shakes and ice cream where starting to melt. I spoke with Ashley who is a team leader or something. Told her what was going on and she preced to tell me that my order was correct and that she made them herself. I told her no they aren't and she can come out and look for herself which she said no and she made them right. I told her this was unexectable and that my food is now cold and my shakes and ice cream are melting. Her response is how is it melting it's cold outside. Well it's not cold in my warm car Ashley and given that it is now 9:10pm for an order that was taken at 8:45 things start to melt and get cold. She finally said fine I will remake them but I know there are right. 9:18pm finally have the correct shakes, no apologies however my food was now cold in which nothing was done about that. Very disappointed that I spent almost $43.00 for melted shakes, ice cream and cold food. Not to mention the attitude of the employees. Very disappointed. This is not the Culver's I grew up with nor the way this company has built their reputation on. Do better!! If I could give you zero...

I was reallly enjoying working at Culvers. I was somewhat apprehensive about a few staff members and their inappropriate behavior and language… but what topped the cake was I got Fired and given zero reason as to why, no matter how many times I asked for a reason to be explained to me, or if there was something I could do better… I was met with short, dry answers basically telling me I need to leave. I think the manager Chris, said something like, “that’s not who we are here” and I had no clue what he was talking about and he wouldn’t elaborate. Later that day my family noticed I stopped talking and moving and my head slumped down for a few seconds and then I’d be right up trying to finish the task. Immediately they said I should go to the doctor. Turns out I was having mini-seizures the entire day while at work as well as the night before. I got put on new anti-seizure medication. The doctor told me I’d Culvers had called 911 saying this is what they saw and experienced, the EMTs could have gotten me to a neurologist immediately to help prevent any further brain damage from lack of oxygen during the seizures. Culvers did nothing except fire me without reason, while I was having brain seizures, and I know they thought I was high because I specifically told them that I am almost 11 years clean. That’s what k hate about the disease of addiction… once labeled, you’re always under scrutiny and people who think the worst of you. So now my doctor suggested I should seek an attorney for defamation, wrongful termination, pain and suffering, discriminations etc…. So I’m looking into...

We love Culver's and often go to one by Menards, Sun Prairie, Ripon WI as well as Ft. Myers Florida. All of these locations are fantastic. Unfortunately, everytime we visit the Koeller St. Location we are missing items or our order is messed up. We've had missing fries for baskets, missing cheese or burger patties we've paid extra for, burnt burgers, salads that were wilted. Etc..literally every single time we go there. This summer we bought two 8 piece chicken strips baskets...got home which is 10 miles from this location and we're missing large fries for both orders. I immediately called the manager Ashley and she said she would send two coupons for free baskets in mail. When we finally received the coupons a month later, (I honestly thought she had forgotten) the coupons were for a "free regular fry". Are you kidding me? I contacted the main office for Culver's and I never heard back from them. I still have the email I sent them. I will never again patronize this location. I will go to the West Town location even though they are further away...
