DENIED OUR REQUEST FOR A REFUND IN THE SQUARE FOOTAGE OF COUNTERTOPS 1ST CHARGE 33.30 SQ FT. WE HAD TO GO BACK THEY DID NOT GIVE US 24 MONTHS FINANCING. THEY CHARGED US 36.90 SQ FT. WE JUST WANTED 203.10 TOTAL OVERCHARGE. 2193.36 1ST RECEIPT 2395.46 2ND RECEIPT (COUNTERTOPS/SINK) GUESS WHAT WE RETURNED COUNTERTOPS WE RECEIVED OVER 2000. I WOULD SAY THEY LOST OUT OVER A 203.10 REFUND. I HAVEN'T DECIDED IF I AM GOING TO RETURN THE 4000 FLOORING YET.

I had to go back to HOME DEPOT to return an item (was dreading dealing with the STOOGES again) the sink I purchased was the wrong model. We had to cancel our measure. Home Depot would not return it for the price I paid because LISA K. LAROCHELLE INSISTED "ideologue" SHE WAS RIGHT AND WOULD NOT BUDGE WOULD NOT LOOK AT THE 2 RECEIPTS I BROUGHT SHOWING THE DIFFERENCE IN HOW THEY CHARGED ME, TO COMPARE HOW THEY REFUNDED AND CREDITED ME THE FIRST TIME TO THE SECOND:

1ST RECEIPT COUNTERTOPS 1731.81/SINK 289.00 2192.36 (HAD TO GO BACK TO STORE DUE TO ERROR ON NO 24 MONTH FINANCING ADDED)

WHEN I WENT BACK THIS TIME I NOTICED THEY CHARGED ME WRONG AND WAS CREDITED FOR THE COUNTERTOPS WHICH THEY SAID WAS S THE SINK.

I HAVE ALL THE ORIGINAL RECEIPTS IF YOU NEED ANYTHING FROM ME.

REMEMBER!!!! THEY NEEDED THE RECEIPTS TO SEE HOW THEY OWED ME THE REFUND THE FIRST TIME FOR MY ORDER INCLUDING THE DELIVERY FEE. (SEE REVIEW 11/16/24 PURCHASED FLOORING/COUNTERTOPS, SINK)

LISA LAROCHELLE KEPT SAYING YOU RECEIVED A DISCOUNT ON THE SINK IT WAS NEVER THE SINK IT WAS THE DIFFERENCE IN THE CHARGE OF THE SQUARE FOOTAGE OF THE COUNTERTOPS.

COUNTERTOPS WE WERE CHARGED:

33.30 A SQUARE FOOT

1731.69 TOTAL COUNTERTOPS 1ST RECEIPT (LISA DID NOT BOTHER TO LOOK AT)

36.90 A SQUARE FOOT 1981.80 TOTAL COUNTERTOPS 2ND RECEIPT (LISA DID NOT BOTHER TO LOOK AT)

MY HUSBAND SHOWED THE STATEMENT SHOWING 208.79 REFUND FOR COUNTERTOPS LISA DIDN'T LOOK INTO IT AND TOLD HIM "THAT WAS FOR SOMETHING EARLIER" (HELLO!!!) 208.79 + TAX I RECEIVED BACK FOR COUNTERTOPS ERROR IN SQUARE FOOTAGE CHARGES NOT THE SINK AT ALL.

SINK WAS 289.00 LESS 104.77 THEY GAVE ME IN CASH 01/15/25. I SHOULD RECEIVE 184.23.

184.23 BACK TO HOME DEPOT CARD 0900.

I PAID FULL PRICE FOR THE SINK IT WAS HOW IT WAS ENTERED IN FOR THE REFUND AND CREDIT ON OR YOUR SYSTEM. ITS LIKE THEY TOOK PART OF THE CREDIT THEY OWED ME IN THE DIFFERENCE IN THE COUNTERTOPS BACK.

HOME DEPOT OSWEGO NEEDS MORE QUALIFIED EMPLOYEES FROM THEIR MANAGERS TO THEIR DEPARTMENT ASSOCIATES NOW ITS LIKE DEALING WITH THE THREE STOOGES!!! OR WHOSE ON FIRST.

I JUST CALLED THE DESPUTE LINE AGAIN I TOLD THEM I WILL NOT SPEAK TO LISA LAROCHELLE. I'M WAITING FOR A CALL BACK. NOTHING PROBABLY WILL HAPPEN.

I CALLED DISPUTE LINE ONCE AND THEY JUST SENT ME BACK TO LISA K. LAROCHELLE AND AS YOU CAN SEE BY THE ABOVE SHE COULDN'T UNDERSTAND WHAT I WAS TRYING TO EXPLAIN AND INSISTED WE WERE WRONG.

WHEN MY HUSBAND LEFT THE STORE HE SAID I WILL NEVER COME TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN. LISA LAROCHELLE IN A SARCASTIC MANNER "THATS FINE, HAVE A NICE DAY".

They should be ashamed. How hard is it to deliver an item that you pay for? I placed an order on a Tuesday and it said it would be delivered the next day for $35! Why deal with the hassle of going to the store and stressing out - I’ll just pay the $35. Wow that’s a mistake!

Wednesday rolls around and guess what... now delivery says Friday. Why? Oh one store didn’t have it and now another store needs to deliver it. Ok fine. Friday. What’s my delivery window... 7 am to 9 pm. Are you kidding me? I know we should be at home but you expect me to sit at home for 14 hours? Is this some sick joke?

Now I called 3 times before Friday to get a straight answer as to where my freezer is. I am told I will be told the day before roughly when they show up. This never happens.

Come Friday I wake up early and make sure the phone is on me. I wait till morning as I get no calls and I ask roughly when the product will come and I told most likely early afternoon. I am assured they will call 30 min before. So again I sit at home waiting. 5 rolls around and nothing. I call again and am told well you’re window is till 9 and the guy did take it to deliver it. Ok... I wait.

8:45 rolls around. No call no freezer nothing.

Now the store is closed at 8 even though the delivery is to be made by the store till 9. I check the status of the order - delivered! Really? Nope. Says it was delivered around 7. I look around our building 3 times. Nothing!

I now have to call the main line who tells me to hold for a supervisor. 85 min go by on hold. 85 min!! Are you kidding me? No check ins on me. I hang up and I’m done.

All I want is my freezer. How hard is it for a retailer to deliver a product they said they would deliver on time? I didn’t give them a problem with how I paid - I didn’t make it a hassle - why are they putting me through hell?! I will NEVER order anything from Home Depot online nor will I visit this location ever.

This is a disgrace! You would think people care about their jobs and making sure I. This stressful time that people do their best to make the whole process smooth but that’s not...
