My son is playing baseball once again after proclaiming he hated it. Thanks to Play It Again Sports I was able to get his glove, pants, and cleats for a reasonable price. Our experience at the store was delightful. After looking around we didn't initially find the cleats. My son then asked the woman at the register for assistance. She kindly walked us to the back of the store where we could begin our search. We found a brand new shoe at an excellent price and hurried to complete our purchase.. When we placed a pair of unboxed cleats on the counter the gentleman, the owner I guess, took the time to go find a pair that was still in the box. One-star experience, but rating as 3 stars because I do think it's a decent operation, but a promise made last Sunday wasn't honored today.

The owner, Paul, offered to let us return a piece of equipment if it didn't work out, and when we brought it back to return he would only give store credit. He was complying with the written terms printed on their receipt, but I feel deceived based on what he said in person and felt like that commitment wasn't honored.

We bought multiple pieces of equipment from this store for my son's single/final season on the team, and Paul was empathetic when we had to come in a second time to purchase more equipment to replace the original equipment, but still wouldn't honor the commitment he made in person when we came...

The Owner, Paul, is a super friendly and jovial guy. Very helpful and informative. There’s a good selection of Disc Golf Discs for a good price, he’s recently added a bunch of lifting gear and accessories to service the gym goers next door, and of course a solid offering of standard sports equipment as well.
