The Reserve at Hudson Crossing — Attraction in Oswego Township

We have been homeowners for over 35 years so you’d think we would have something bad to say about apartment living. We don’t - not here. We really love it here - so much so that we have extended our lease. It has everything that we need, it’s so conveniently located. Area businesses are always hosting events. It’s within walking distance of so much. Oswego is an excellent community. Management is always attending to our needs and accommodating us as much as possible. We love the privacy of the pool and patio area, we love sitting out at the fire pits and enjoying the grilling area. The common areas are great. The building is secure. Our unit is well appointed. Only stayed here for a few months and would I stay again, probably if there was bigger cabinets, a better and bigger sink and faucets that weren’t builder grade along with the washer and dryer that’s in unit. It’s supposed to be a luxury apartment so when you say luxury you’d think of a wolf stove and quartz counters. Not builder grade. The apartments are nice so is the workout room. The lounge and pool are nice to. Things that management should be on top of for cleaned are the garbage chute rooms. They are filled with trash all the time and stink up a storm. This new facility opened in 2021 and is the most impressive apartment complex (of which I'm aware) in Oswego. There are 2 levels of parking, and each apartment has a storage unit. There is a pool in the square, outdoor and indoor games, and a lounge area with a quality TV. The lounge can be reserved by tenants. The workout facility has new equipment that includes machines from strength training, free weights, and treadmills.

The building is across from a park comprised of a children's play area, a veteran's memorial, and walking & biking path that connects to a path extending many miles alongside the Fox River.
