Hudson Design House — Local services in Oswego Township

My cousin purchased her first home and found the perfect dining room table set at this location. She went in several times to look at it and asked if the table, bench, and 2 chairs were included in the set in which she was told on multiple occasions it was. She went in Saturday to purchase the “set” and before paying asked again if it was the set (table, chairs and bench) to which the sales employee said yes. Sid paid for the table and went to do more shopping as the sales woman begrudgingly had to clear the display off of the table before it could be moved. When she returned to load the set onto the truck the sales woman instructed her that actually the 2 chairs were not included in the set and were an additional $150! Seems like this store was just trying to make an extra buck and charge even more for a table that clearly should have included the...

Was excited to stop and shop here when my husband and I were passing through. I was disappointed at the lack of inclusive clothing sizes available. Sizes only range from S-L. I asked the person at the counter and was told the owner doesn’t normally order more than that. I was told she would talk to them about this but didn’t seem to care much about the situation and I didn’t get the impression that she would be talked to. We weren’t even greeted when we came inside. The person at the register just sat at the computer the whole time. There were only a few other people in the store. It was just unfortunate...
