Update: Can't say enough great things about this place. All of my pieces came back better than expected, and there are small details in the work I appreciate. You know what? It took longer than expected, but that was communicated to me along the way - in an honest way. If something changed, I got a phone call - even after biz hours. I'm a first time customer and am writing this review during COVID. I'm thankful and impressed that a small local biz appears to have a strong book of business, is staying open (safely), and pushing through. I'm guessing that I'm not the only client that has found "their spot" to have important items framed, as I saw other amazing pieces waiting for pickup on my 3 visits (e.g. whoever took that vintage baseball catcher's gear to get mounted - wow).

Bottom line - OP A&F did what they said they were going to do, when they said they were going to do it, and how they said were going to do it. I've already got one more piece in their queue....

+++++ I called the shop last week, left a message, and the owner called me back at the end of the day. He was very open about extended period of time it may take to complete the work I was requesting (due to Covid), and spoke with me for about 15 mins, answering all the questions I had. He was very professional.

Today, I brought in six concert posters - some with concert tickets to mount. Four had never been framed and two were botched by a national retailer (who I gave two tries to fix / they failed). The staff was super friendly and spent about an hour with me helping me choose the best combination of matte colors and frames. I can’t say enough about everyone at the Overland Park Art and Frame Warehouse. The knowledge and experience they have, and the creativity they bring to each and every project is outstanding. They have done several projects for me, from pastel drawings to a family crest, and I would never think of taking something that has meaning to me or something that I want to make a family heirloom, to any other Frame shop around. The employees are super nice and are always willing to take as much time as the customer needs to get the perfect outcome, each and every time. The suggestions they make are invaluable. They have never disappointed me and I will continue taking all of my framing needs to them. 5 +++ stars all the way around!

The staff at this store is actually amazing. Today I visited with my grandma and I met Mike along with a few other gentlemen who were staffing the place and I totally felt like a part of the gang even though I was just looking around in the frame shop for a bit.
