At first I love the fact that they have so much but after buying a battery for my compact utility tractor and getting it home, first I installed it and before putting cables on I noticed the corner of it was slightly damaged.. On the phone and at the store some of the employees acted as if they didn't believe me. I am replacing a battery on a tractor, spending 100 dollars + to trade it in this week. I did not have to but it's the right thing to do and that's who I am. Personally I would give my word on a stack of bibles that I did not damage it and so sorry now that I didn't thoroughly inspect before taking it home. The manager Sunday had said to return it for a replacement which I did but I shouldn't have to fight with anyone to accomplish this. The guy at the service desk is an a.. and I've decided since customer service is not the priority of the store I will no longer spend my money there. Moral of the story, all was well until a return...

I am sick and tired tired your employees act like they hate their job when somebody ask a question they ask like it put them out. I was interested in buying in fact, I’m going to buy a zero turn mower and I was looking at them and there’s five on the floor and not one had a price on it so there’s two of them standing there in the service department not waiting on customers just standing there, and I said, do you guys not put prices on your mowers And the one lady turns around and looks at me like I had interrupted something very important and she goes excuse me I said do you not put prices on your mowers? Well we try to but they come in and out so fast I said OK cause not one mower over here has a price on it and I said I think I’ll just go get mine at tractor supply and she’s like...

However, my child forgot exactly which aisle and accidently returned it to the wrong one. Oh, man! The employee huffed and puffed, like he couldn't believe something this terrible could happen. The employee then moved it one aisle over and kicked it down the aisle. I honestly couldn't tell you which one of them was more childish at that point, so I...
